Palette Collective — Local services in Queen Creek

Recently I wrote a review of my “LEGITIMATE “ experience as a business owner at Palette Collective and they responded saying that all my horrible experiences were lies and that I left because I didn’t pay rent! Here’s a perfect reason to stay far from this place as a business owner. Not once did I ever default! In fact, I always paid my rent early! I was there since 2019 and I always paid my rent on time! I left at the end of June this year. My lease was completely fulfilled! I have bank records and emails to back up what I posted. And they were also given a 30 day termination and vacate notice according to my lease terms. For this company to even put a response like this on the internet is slanderous and...

Worst place ever to rent a suite from. I was there 5 years and it didnt start out that way, but I finally had to move my business somewhere that offered a professional environment. Bathrooms are always filthy, only 3 washers and dryers for the whole place of 46 suites, the noise is ridiculous with loud barbers and kids screaming and running up and down the halls. Washers and dryers are always broken and take weeks and months to fix. The environment is completely unprofessional and management doesn't do anything to fix it. Completely mismanaged! If you're looking to open a business there I would definitely think twice about it, especially if you have a quiet spa or massage...

We recently signed our lease for the Queen Creek location, and everything has been absolutely fantastic. Jamie, the property manager there is such a pleasure to work with extremely accommodating and always available. Miles who helped us with the tenant improvements in our suite was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and honestly a pleasure to work with. So excited for our lease to be starting in September and look forward to a prosperous business...
