Everyone expects quality customer service when purchasing a product or service. But when someone goes way beyond expectations, they certainly deserve recognition. That was the situation with Breanna Cruz of the Queen Creek La-Z-Boy store. We had previously purchased a sofa and love seat from another store where we had previously done business and had it delivered to our new home in Show Low. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing flaw in the construction and there seemed to be little we could do about it now that we lived in another area. But that was before Breanna came to the rescue. Despite the fact that the issue involved another store and she could have passed the blame. She tackled the issue for us and got the matter satisfactorily resolved. She demonstrated persistence, diligence, understanding, patience and professionalism. She would constantly keep us apprised of the status and did so with clarity and details on timing. We had a great experience buying our furniture . Our salesman was Camron . He really knows his furniture. We went to look at recliners . We found a perfect one , nice fabric selection. .then I wandered over to the couches. ..well i found a perfect one .. Hubby agreed after he sat on it.. Great fabric for it. . Have the chair was in stock so it was delivered 3 days later. Couch will be done in 2 months . This young man, Camron, is great to work with. No push , no talk till you can listen no more . He listened, he asked questions , he made gentle suggestions . We came out happy. Lazy boy is not cheap it's going to last my last recliner lasted 22 years could about 16 years. . Couldn't be happier with our purchase . Great customer service. And the manager. She's smart and easy to work with. Isn't all tied up with paper work or rules issues. Unexpected Delight!

We walked into Lay-Z-Boy because my husband wanted to look at recliners, and we ended up furnishing our entire living room through them. I had no idea that La-Z-Boy had such a diverse selection of products to choose from, OR that they had interior decorators to design your space. We got it all, a sectional, a recliner, accent tables, a rug, lighting, a console table, and even art!

We had so much fun working with Diana and Jennifer to design a stylish, coordinated, and cozy living room. And, when we’re ready, we can go back and build on our look to extend into the dining room, entryway, and my home office. I had a vision for our new house, but Diana and Jennifer really brought it to life and it’s way better than I could’ve ever imagined.
