We Tried To Use The APP To Order Our Food So We Could Pick Up and Head Home Although Our Order Was Ready When We Got There They Totally Did Not Read Orders Properly I Ordered The Sub Club they Added Black Olives (allergic) A Lot Of Them and Banana Peppers That I Never Requested My Wife Got The Steak and Cheese and They Added Bacon again Not Requested My Son Got Roast Beef and Added Extra Black Olives, Banana Peppers and Bacon They Put The Olives and Banana Peppers on My Sub and the Bacon on My Wife's Steak and Cheese I Read The Order That The App Saved and The Printed Receipt and It Clearly Showed How Each Of Our Sandwiches Were To Be Made I Called (not to be Mean or make a scene just to voice my Dissatisfaction) the Kid that answered said there was No Manager working (Really) and Tried To Argue With Me That He Made The Subs The Way We Ordered Them, We Use This Subway All The Time Even Though 85% Of The Time One Or More Of Our Subs are Made Wrong But They Are The Closest To Use, Anyway The Young Man That Tried To Tell Me I Was Wrong Never Offered To Remake or Give Us A Credit He Never Even Apologized, Am Sorry But All Of My late Teens and Early To Mid 20's I Worked In Fast Food Or The Pizza Industry and As Far as I Can Remember The Customer Is Always Right (99% of the time) But I Would Never Have Argued or Said or Made My Customers Feel Like It Was Their Fault For The Wrong Orders, Very Poor Business/Customer Relationship Here. Read moreSeriously THE WORST customer service by their manager this morning (Fridayy, May 24th). I grub hubbed five sandwiches in total. Paid extra for extra cheese on three of them, two of them did not have the extra cheese AND ONE OF THEM DIDNT HAVE ANY AT ALL! I asked for mayo on three of those sandwiches, two of them had it. The bread is falling apart. So, I call the store to Express my complaints, in a non-hostile manner. The manager was immediately rude. Telling me she had made the sandwiches herself and she knows she put the cheese and mayo. I am looking at my sandwiches as I'm speaking to her, telling her she did not and I had paid extra for it. She tells me word for word "look I dont want to argue with you, I know I put them on there. I can make a new sandwich if you want to come get them yourself". ONE NEW SANDWICH, when I had specifically paid extra to begin with. I am a stay at home mom to four kids, I am not going to wake up by baby and trek four kids to subway because she screwed up. The male that works there mid height reddish type hair was so rude and sighted a lot and rolled his eyes while me and my husband ordered two sandwiches to me. If you don’t like your job you should go work somewhere else. I don’t know what’s going on with Subway lately, but I haven’t eaten there in a long time because of the same issues at other locations and or they just keep getting my order wrong I ordered onion.
