9/12/24 I got a sandwich for lunch and 1 for dinner because today is busy, and lately. I can't seem to get a complete order. I got my 2 sandwiches, chip, and drink. You leave off my cookie. (Around 12pm I ordered)

2 weeks ago, I ordered, and you left off my drink.

I'm usually not a person to pick. Totally showed grace to the delivery person 2 weeks ago that seemed stressed with people in the car.

Today, that cookie was my back up plan if my blood sugar dropped, a nice little treat, since I won't be home or near a store later tonight.

Something so small can actually mean something.

So while your sandwiches are great. It feels crappy to now need to waste my time finding an alternate solution, and I don't like throwing money away. I even tipped.

I totally realize how hard it is for people in the service industry, and I get it.

It just sucks all across the board. I give grace all the time. However, if nobody ever complains, nothing...

Usually they are pretty fast picking up the phone and delivering, but the last two times I had called for 30 minutes before someone answered their phone. My coworker got tired of calling for 20 mins and just went there and she said no one was there and the phone wasn’t ringing. I tried for over an hour and no one would answer. There is no reason to not answer your phone for over an hour. After an 30 mins I gave up, it I kept calling to see how long it would take to pickup there phone. An hour and half is how long. Too long for me and for sure lost my business for that day. Hopefully next time it...

Currently there's a 20% discount offer if you order online for pickup - only their system is down (confirmed by JJ staff when I asked about it). Even if you ask for the discount they won't allow it. I know the local staff are under orders from their higher-ups, so not their fault. As for the higher-ups, treating customers like that leaves a bad impression.
