I have constantly given this specific Panda Express location, many chances, because it is the only Panda Express in my hometown. I have never had the amount of problems that I have had with this specific Panda Express as I have in Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, and in Missouri. while at this Quincy Panda Express, I have had to wait 45 minutes, stuck in drive-through because they were out of fried rice, would not make more, and the line was so incredibly long that I could not pull forward or back out because of the stupidity of the architecture of this building. I couldn’t pull to the side because of the curbs, and the line was so long and so backed up. I was literally trapped for 45 minutes and I did not even get anything from this location. The staff is frequently rude, dismissive, and in general never seems like they actually want to be doing anything. And just now, it was my final straw because I came through the drive-through asking for Kung Pao Chicken And they said that they were out and I could get something else. I said, never mind, pulled out of the drive-through and parked in their parking lot, and I made a mobile order for a dish with Kung Pao Chicken and when I walked in to get the order, they were making a fresh batch just for my mobile order. So I proceeded to ask them why they didn’t make it when I was in the drive-through about 10 minutes earlier, but instead we’re making it now for a mobile order and they’re only response was that the kitchen was supposed to be closed, and mind you this happened about an hour before they were supposed to be closing. I understand closing the kitchen 15 to 30 minutes before a restaurant closes, but an hour is a little bit ridiculous when you are a chain restaurant. to me personally, this Panda Express is no longer worth visiting. They are slow, rude, and frequently don’t do their jobs apparently. I am over this location and the numerous amounts of problems I’ve had to deal with in my not even a full two years of visiting this location. I feel sorry for anyone who does a decent job working there, cause I have had several very good experiences with very kind members of staff, but the negative experiences vastly outweigh the positive ones, so I do not anticipate coming back to this joke of a location...

Taste: 5/5 Quantity: 4/5 Quality: 5/5 Value for Money: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Hygiene: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: 5/5 It was my first experience at Panda Express in Quincy, IL, and I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike many other places, it wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed dining experience.
— Order Delight: I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, which cost under $10 + taxes. The taste was exceptional, and the quesadilla was cooked perfectly. The tortilla was hand-pressed, which I believe might be their secret touch!
— Ambiance & Cleanliness: The atmosphere was cool and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The place was exceptionally clean and hygienic, which added to the positive experience.
— Value for Money: Given the quality, cleanliness, and taste, the food offered great value. I left very satisfied and would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality and affordability without the...
Read moreMy father and I went to the drive thru to grab some food for my family around 12:40pm. My father ordered and they were out of brown rice (not really an issue) so while I called my mother to see what she would want instead my dad continued to the next order in the mean time. Elizabeth was our server (according to the receipt). She seemed to get confused multiple times while my dad repeated his very simple order to her. As we continued our order she gave us quite an attitude the entire time acting as if we were a burden in her busy schedule. We pulled up and got our food. All of our orders of chowmein was a 80/20 cabbage to chowmein ratio. Our spring rolls were crushed flat. I went to check my plate and sauce spilled out the side along with a piece of onion. It seemed as though the food was quite literally just thrown together. Future for me looks like I’m going to taco bell instead if I want americanized ethnic food because the quality is the same but at least they’re nice and treat you as a customer...
