Good and not so good experiences: GOOD: Prices, portions and flavor – love it. I'm addicted to the pizza and gnocchi with meatballs and sauce! SERVICE: Mixed reviews. Phone orders: When you get the right person it's over the top. Just wish I got that person more often. Very pleasant to talk to, attentive and knows what she's doing. When I pick up my order is MORE than what I expected. Keeps me coming back. But phone orders lately (past year or so) risky. The person taking the order seems either preoccupied or confused about my really simple order. Couple times the order was completely the opposite of what I ordered. It's true that sometimes the wait line is long, but long or short I've never felt like I had to wait a unusual length of time. It does keep moving along quickly. Now Walgreens (a certain one in particular)—THAT'S a ridiculous long wait time only to find they never heard of my order. In my experience Infusino's is vastly superior in this regard.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: I usually do take out. Reason being I hate "bothering" the person at the front desk seating people. And maybe it's just this one person but I've not had luck here. Wish she was actually happy to see me rather than cranky cuz I'm yet another person who just walked in to add to her stress while she is seemingly scolding or giving strict instruction to employees for something. Feels like I'm a bit in the way. I'm sure in her situation she is overcome with stress. Still it makes me uncomfortable. But to be fair I came with my elderly mother one time and they happily bent over backwards to get us seated quickly when there was no standing room to wait for a table. And sometimes I get a HAPPY face when I walk in the door. It does happen! Table service: I've generally had good luck here with pleasant service and checking that all was well. Bottom line on the service issue: At Infusinos some people really have what it takes to keep me returning — and some really don't. Luck...
Read moreI dont typically write bad reviews. I know people often say this but if you read my others you'll see I like to spend my extra moments raving about my experiences.
We decided to eat at this restaurant because it has 4 stars. After this experience I am not sure why. First, the service was awful. Keep in mind we arrived at 5pm with very few people seated. The waitress wasn't very friendly and the way she placed our menus seemed aggressive. We waited 10 minutes before she came back to take our drinks orders and another 10 to 15 to get them. We finally ordered and my meal came with soup and my daughters with salad. It took 20 minutes for our soup and bread to arrive and when it did the soup was cold and my daughter received the wrong salad.
We didn't see the waitress again for another 30 minutes and that's because we flagged her down for different drinks. The Sierra mist tasted like water from a rusted faucet. Actually we frequently saw the waitress serving other people but she never checked in with us. After waiting over an hour our entrees finally came. I thought maybe it took a longer time because we did order a large pizza. However it was cold and so were my fries. My daughter ordered the gnocchi which was undercooked and my little one had the children's spaghetti which was extremely over sauced. Throughout our meal the waitress again didn't check in and at the end never asked how our meal was. I assumed its because she was already aware.
I don't know why our experience wasnt as great as others who've reviewed but my spouse has a theory. We were very dressed down because we had a long day of cleaning and making room for our 4 girls new things. We were clean but in sweats and he feels we were treated as though we wouldn't tip well which is far from the truth.
I hope the people who work there read this and Express to their employees the importance of treating everyone with the same respect...
Read moreI ordered AA rib dinner that was $14.99 I asked for a loaded baked potato she said nothing about that they didn't have loaded baked potato as she said OK and then I asked for garlic toast that was put in the oven with garlic butter she said they have that as well when I received it I received a plain baked potato not even cut in half one small thing a sour cream nothing else and the bread was not toasted it's hard as a brick. If you're gonna pay $27 for 1 meal that meal better be phenomenal. And it was awful not to mention I called to ask for a manager they would not give me a manager saying that he was in a meeting then they said no hes not in a meeting that hes cooking I said I don't care what is doing I need to get someone to talk to because I have a problem they hung up on me. Then once I finally got a manager on the line he saying the lady never told me that she said they had loaded baked potato so when I just got off the phone with her before him and she said she apologizes for telling me that so she lied flat out. But these arguing with me on the phone hes not in wanting to make it right hes complaining about that the girl never said it when in fact she did he then tells me when you come back in I'll give you a loaded baked potato Walt there's a reason why you order it so you can have it was your meal and if I had a problem with it of this big caliber of problem why would I wanna come back and spend more money. Especially fees not wanting to take care of the situation that's going on now. I'm just telling you don't ever eat at this place it is the worst experience of my life I have never eaten there before and I will never eat there again not for $27 I could await to somewhere and got a rib eye steak with a loaded baked potato and a salad that was wilted lettuce and...
