Apparently, either Google reviews are not being taken seriously or the management of this location does not want to deal with anyone's "honest review" good or bad!!
I don't see hardly any replies to anyone's reviews and that's concerning.
Getting to the point of why I am writing this review has to do with the way this specific location is being ran.
On average during your late night rush, I, as well as other customers, are waiting on average 30-45 minutes from the time we get here to the time we are served! Not exaggerating! The other thing I don't understand and this would actually help this long would be if you kept your lobby n on a consistent basis and not when your management feels like locking the doors!!! Many of us have already placed our orders for pickup and don't want to have to wait another 30-45 minutes just to get our orders. It would be easier just to walk in and pick up our orders!!
There are many people that wait in your drive thru and some are rude, impatient because of this reason.
Is there away your management can look into this or theses issues?

Still no change at this restaurant since the last time and yet again no response from Management!! What is happening with this place??? Same old non sense different day. Pulled in with 5 cars a head of me and took 15 minutes for me to place an order.i had to get your people attention just so they can take my order. Then another 15 minutes before I got to the pickup window to get my food and it sucked!Both Chalupas we're cold which includes the shell ; which was hard and cold! Read moreAdmittedly, we don't even really come here for the food. It's not bad, or anything, but it's nothing to really detail out a long review on. What we love about this exact location is one of the mangers that always seems to be on duty there who is just a HOOT! I'm terrible with names, I think it's Montrell? He always botches my name too, but it's become a joke between us at this point anyways so I'm admittedly not trying as hard as I probably should. Not only is he knowledgeable, helpful, and fixes what needs fixing when it does, but I have never seen someone who just clearly loves people. He seems to bring out the best in people; both employees and customers a like. We have seen him end a kid's panic attack with humor when they accidentally spilled their drink all over the floor, we have seen him get babies to stop throwing fits by smiling, he will bring over food to the table when he's able to make dining in an actual personable experience, and he is remarkable at his job too - he up sells like a pro! He's gotten my husband, Grant, to try half a dozen things I don't think he ever would have just from making a good pitch on a new arrangement of the 'five ingredients' they sell. =P We will literally skip nicer restaurants even when we have more money to go sit in the corner of the dining room there to bask in the awesome friendly atmosphere, and as we hang out catching up on our work days while we eat we just kind of watch him casually in the back ground delight everyone who walks...
Read moreNo matter when we go they mess up our order. We went through the drive-thru. While at the window I was handed 2 sodas when I ordered 3. I asked if the first soda was my wild cherry Pepsi and was told yes. As he turned away from me I asked for the 3rd soda and he stepped back from the window to ask a different worker if I had ordered 3. When I was handed the 3rd soda he told me the 1st on was regular Pepsi not the wild cherry. Then he handed me a bag and I asked of that was all our food. He again said yes. As I knew I ordered a lot and as I normally do I pulled into the parking lot and started to check our order. The very first thing in my receipt was a meal. The meal that included the wild cherry Pepsi. But the rest of the meal (a taco salad) was missing. I went in and was told I didn't look happy by the guy behind the counter. Of course I was not happy I was missing MY dinner. He gave me the salad and I went back to the car. My daughter informed me all the sodas were flat but we had the rest of our food. So we drove home. When we got home I found that my daughter had miss counted and we were also missing 2 chicken soft tacos and a double decker taco (again my dinner items). If this wasn't the only Taco Bell on this side of town I would never go back. Even when we go inside and eat there they manage to forget things or even put down the wrong name...
