Tony Chen's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Racine

Was the only place I'd order Chinese from but they effed that up. Placed a delivery order and was told 50-60 minutes. That time passed so I called. Driver will be there in about 10 minutes. 25 minutes later still no food. Called again. Phone person says they confirmed with driver another 3-5 minutes. 10 more minutes and still nothing. Called again and now told driver said he delivered it an hour ago. WHAT?!?!?! Next, I get a call back from the driver who tells me he delivered it to the guy sitting on the front porch who signed for it. Asked him about the signature. "He just did a scribble. You know how they do". What color was the house? I don't know. I am the only grey house on the block with a unique floral set up in the front yard. Now, here's where I'm at: A. I've been sitting on my couch with my husband waiting the entire time. B. I have 2 large, vocal dogs who haven't made a sound in over 2hours. C. I have cameras surrounding my house and guess what? No one has been here. D. My neighbor has been outside on her porch for over an hour and has seen no one delivering any food. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the service received. I work in food service and this is the worst treatment ever. Yes, they did finally agree to refund me. Well, they better as I still have no food!!!!! Never, EVER again will they get...

I've ordered take out from this place many times. The food is not bad, but with each experience there is no consistency in expectation of quality. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes a miss. The one star is directed to the customer service experience. I wish i could give a better review but i didn't even receive all of the food we ordered last night. we ordered almost $100 worth of food for a family of 5. My husband picked up the food and was only given half the order. When we called back, he was criticized as being a liar, and the guy assured he'd packed the bag and everything was in there. We took all the food back without a single bite taken. The woman at the front was somewhat apologetic and admitted to our order missing a second bag, but still didn't give it to us???? the money was refunded after an additional 10 minutes of waiting confirming our phone many times, even with the receipt in hand. A BAD experience that could of easily been solved, with someone checking the bag orders located DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM INSTEAD OF ACCUSING A CONTINUAL...

My boyfriend decided to get take out for dinner. And we usually don’t go here but since are favorite spot was closed on Mondays he decided to give this place a try. We spent about $40 on two plates of orange chicken with beef fried rice. An order of dumplings and an order of crab rangoons. The crab rangoons were super small had no crab it was basically just cream cheese. The Dumplings were good but barley had any filling on the inside.. The rice was not cooked all the way had a lot of uncooked pieces! The orange chicken was the worst part! It literally tasted like it was just eating straight breading! I’m not sure if it had chicken I’m not even sure what I was eating but if it did have chicken it was definitely not real.. I don’t recommend...
