Little fish buffet — Restaurant in Racine

Love the ambiance. As soon as you walk in, you immediately see a beautifully executed theme. For example, there is a lot of blue walls, seats, which match an aquatic feel. There is also a boat-like seating area. I mean the concepts are very well thought off and matches the name of the restaurant!

The place is obviously very new! Everywhere is very clean (though I did not check out the bathrooms or kitchen).

The buffet area is well laid out and the food is very good. I tried almost every item (except for sushi). Next time, I’ll try the sushi, maybe.

The only reason I’m rating the food a 4 is not really because I did not try everything. But, I did have a variety of the chicken and the best was the chicken on skewers. My least favorite was the chicken in spicy sauce because it seemed to taste a little bland. My actual rating is 4.5 but, that’s not part of the rating option.

I’m definitely going to go back and will update my review as needed.

Update (9/28) I’ve been back and my review is still the same. The only thing I’ll add is the servers are not fluent in English, so use basic English words to communicate and communicate with sports and simple sentences. Giving it a 2 just because staff was super nice (Go To Asian Buffet trust me please )**Was looking to try a new place to eat out . If you're looking for sushi this is an ok place (didn't try sushi) ,if you're coming for buffet food this is NOT the place . All the buffet food was old as heck ,the chicken on a stick was dried out leather and never replaced the 7 old sticks .lo mein noodles when I came were old (like a plate full left) they continued to just leave them available the entire time never once put any more out. Most meat based dishes were dry and chewey and super old (definitely should have been replaced with a fresh bin) .the payment at the end of the meal was completely awkward, most places you pay then sit down ,not here it's after you eat and it made no sense other then the fact that they serve beer so thats probably why . It was dinner time 5 30 and nothing was fresh except the crab ragoons and soda. Service was nice staff was nice food was literally from last week or month. When I tell you these people will not put anything fresh out until that entire bin is emptied, trust me that they didn't ,and do not .writing this the following morning and my stomach is still cooked . I will never go here again and I actually left sad I came and will moving forward make...

The restaurant was very clean and the staff were so accommodating and polite. I really liked my waiter- he had a calm demeanor and a kind smile. The food was high quality and delicious- I'm super picky so that says alot. My only critique is that some of it was not very fresh( which I avoided) and some of the food was cold. If it was hot and fresh I'd have given this restaurant 5 stars but even with the cold and ( old) food the restaurant is still good enough for a solid 4 stars. They had a large variety and the food that I did eat was absolutely excellent! I had fried rice, lomien noodles, pepper steak, chicken and broccoli, chicken on a stick and a few other items. I will definitely be coming back. I'm excited to bring my daughters to this gem of a restaurant.

Update:

I've come back a few more times since and the food isn't as good- and as for drinks they served soda from a warm 2 liter bottle and added ice which made the soda taste both warm and flat... All of the fruit looked old, the pudding looked glopie, cold station looked thrown together..... just gross actually. What a disappointment.
