NEVER ORDERING AGAIN! If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order this evening and get home they gave me the wrong order completely. Called the store and was told to bring the food back. I did. They admitted to making the order incorrect and proceeded to take the food back. I HAVE NEVER seen a food establishment take food back behind the counter after someone picked it up. The rest of our order that was correct then sat at home while we waited yet again for them to correct the mistake. They confirmed this time it was correct. Get home and it was still not correct and missing the egg roll for the combo. While we were there they also never apologized even through they admitted to the mistake NOR did they take any percentage off or offer any type of coupon for the mistake. Poor customer service. I’ll survive without the egg roll for the person it was ordered for in my family while the rest of us eat cold food and couldn’t even be compensated for their mistake. Next time we’ll go to little fish right down from them like we originally planned in but decided to give this place a chance. I guess the owner cares more about keeping money in their pockets rather than keeping customers. I do like that they acknowledged their wrong but those packing orders should ensure they are the correct orders and offer something for the mess up such as a small discount (as I know they sometimes offer 10% off coupons for next time) or even a pack of their 1.50 almond cookies. Disappointed. You can do better Main Moon! I could say that about 10 years ago they had fresh produce and everything tasted amazing. With that being said, we ordered around $40 worth of food and I'm disappointed. Why are you using CANNED mushrooms in your chop suey?! Why are you not using fresh ingredients? Why did the snow peas look overcooked and olive green? The chicken tasted reheated. Are you cooking this in a crock pot and leaving it to scoop? It was bland, no flavor and tasted reheated, not fresh. Where is your spirit and passion for food? I used to look forward to ordering from you and hands down you were the best in my book. Now your ingredients are not top notch, your food is overcooked - where did you go wrong? It tasted less than on par. It fell very short. Service was good, order was correct but for the love of PETE, you can do better!!! FRESH INGREDIENTS. None of this canned stuff and precooked veggies. Make it fresh - every. single. time. :( Please work on it. I want to return but sadly will not until the quality improves. It's just not worth the amount we paid to get canned or low quality cooked ingredients when this impacts...

We tried this out because it says it was voted Racine's best. I'm guessing the people that thought this was a good Chinese food place has never actually had good Chinese food. Now granted we understood going to a strip mall for Chinese food meant that we might not get super white chicken and a light Tangy sauce when we ordered sesame chicken. What we didn't expect was to get literally no chicken and all breading and a sauce that was much too thick with an odd flavor. When we complained he went out and got me a piece of sesame chicken without the sauce and proceeded to rip it open to show me how there was chicken inside. I showed him our plates where we opened up every single piece and there was no chicken in 80% of the pieces. What made it worse is they didn't even try to make it right. I would highly suggest you do not eat at this restaurant.
