I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 12 hot wings from your Washington avenue location in Racine Wisconsin. I placed the order at 7:40pm and was told it would be an hour for the food to be delivered and that was fine. I waited until 9:20pm before I called to see the status of my order. Number 1, they took down the wrong phone number that I gave them. I told the gentleman my correct number but a lady in the back was yelling that the driver called a number that was off by 1 digit. I corrected the gentleman on the phone and told him that she had written down the number incorrectly when she took my order. He repeated to the lady what I told him. Every other time I've ordered with them they knew my address when I give my phone number. Number 2. He asked what my order was. I explained that to him. Then the lady, again in a unprofessional manner, yelled out my address and said the driver told her the address does not exist. I told him to please inform her that I've been living at my residence for 15 years and I've always bought delivery from them plenty of times with NO problems whatsoever. So, indeed my address does exist. The gentleman on the phone asked would I like them to remake the food. My response at 9:30 (and the store closes at 10:00) was "no way". I wished him a good evening and hung up. Please educate your workers about how to take orders properly and how to speak/act when a coworker is on the phone with a disgruntled customer. I'm generally not one to complain due to working in the fast food industry as a youth. But this level of unprofessional customer service needs to be addressed. I always overtip because I understand what it's like to be in the service industry. However, I've totally lost my appetite at this point and highly doubt I'll be patronizing your business ever again. Read moreLiterally the worst order I have EVER had from this location. Ordered the triple treat box. 2 hand tossed pizza - literally flat like thin crust. Was barely cut. Half of the pepperoni pizza was burnt; toppings were extremely crunchy along with the flat crust. Not sure if the cookie doesn’t come cut or they just didn’t want to cut it. The only legit thing about this order was the breadsticks. First time I called to check on my order I was IMMEDIATELY placed on hold for 10 minutes. Decided to just go check it it was ready. Upon arrival both workers were coming out of the back. The male who placed me on hold literally gave the vibe of I shouldn’t have placed this order to inconvenience him. After coming home to feed the kids who also said the pizza was crunchy but still ate it because they were hungry. And there was no point to bring a half eaten pizza back to the store to get the same attitude. So I call to complain. they tried to redirect my call right away. Then the same male who cashed my order out once again - immediately placed me on hold for another 13 minutes. Then wondered why I had an attitude lol. As someone who also works in the food industry - I get it. SOMETIMES it gets busy. But there are other ways to handle things than having someone on hold for a total of 23 minutes. And trying to tell me a hand tossed crust pizza is as flat as a thin crust. “If you want to bring it back we can remake it” she snaps. Then proceeds to ask if I can hold AGAIN for a 3rd time. At this point I said no and hung up. Usually I don’t do this. But I’m highly unsatisfied with this experience tonight. Read moreRef order #3220612151654001431035633. I ordered 4 pizzas at 3:17pm to be delivered at 5pm. Well here I am looking at 3 pizzas. I had to call this location twice to get someone on the line. The female who answered asked how many pizzas I received and for a receipt. If she was actually doing her job she would have realized after I verified the phone number it was contactless and no one left a receipt. So again I received 3 pizzas and somehow she was inconvenienced that I was upset. I said is this going to take an hour to correct and she gave attitude and said we have one driver and it will take 30 min. Again, how am I inconveniencing her? This order was placed an hour and a half in advance and no one at this location can count past three? We all have ten fingers so management needs to figure it out. I am literally typing this as the time approaches the half hour mark so I can call back twice and ask where my misplaced pizza is and how much longer it will take. Future buyers beware. I wouldn't be writing this review after just one mistake but enough is enough. Unsure how this corporate chain works but this location needs some upper level management intervention or close it down. Probably the worst pizza hut in WI especially when you blame the customer for asking for the product they paid for an hour and a half in advance, tipped, and received 3/4 pizzas. Just despicable practices at this location. Unfortunately negative stars aren't an option. Best part is I have cameras so if anyone doubted my honesty, the driver definitely only delivered 3. They also do not read orders correctly. I asked for extra sauce on all 4 pizzas. The 3 I received had barely any sauce on them. So not only is math a struggle but now they are illiterate.
