Burger King — Restaurant in Radcliff

My experience was so terrible, it is going to sound unreal. Last Friday night on 3/31 I had a drive through order for 2 orders. A friend in the back ordered a #5. My order was the "10 nuggets for 1.49" along with another passenger who ordered a #2 with a large coke. When we get to the second window the lady told us his #2 order would take a few moments and to pull around. I said, "That's fine but we got two orders." She said "Okay, I'll bring that out too." So we waited and waited. After about 15 mins the Manager came out and said, "Sorry for the wait. We have a bunch of idiots that I'm training in there." I told her that we had two orders. Once again. She repeated our order and went back in to "get it." After waiting another 10 minutes a girl came out to deliver our order. My friend informed her that a #2 comes with the drink that he ordered. She said she would get that. By this time I was very frustrated. As I went to follow her inside she was bringing his drink, which she forgot you need straws too. So i went back and got the straws, almost slipping in all the water on the floor. I got in the car and left. Low and behold they forgot my 10 piece nugget. The one thing I ordered. Reading this story, I'm sure everyone is laughing by now. Just know that if you ever decide to order from here. Bring crayons and paper so you can draw them a picture of your order. You may also want to bring a very durable blunt object to scare them with, into hopefully getting a successful order. Just kidding. This place is Grade A of all garbage restaurants ever. Could someone please go in and read this review to the workers, because I'm certain none of them can read past the 3rd grade level. Thanks. Wow that was hard...

So I just got done watching a movie with this really pretty girl. Thought my night was going to be great right up until I went here. Tried pulling in from Dixie, scraped the front of my car because the driveway on the way up is too steep. Understandable, right? Sure. I get to the drive thru, the lady made some kind of incoherent grunt, so I try placing my (simple enough) order, where she asks me to repeat the whole thing. Still not terrible. I get to the window, have my card out ready to pay... for about a solid 10 minutes, pretty close to 8 if I were to have timed it, specifically. She apologizes for the delay, almost forgets my drink, and hands me random ketchup packets I did not ask for after apologizing for that, as well. I look in the bag and I see a sandwich and fries, so I don't think anything of it and take my 10 minute trip back to my house. Only to find she managed to give me the wrong sandwich, entirely. Then I try to call the number provided just above these reviews four times only to be cut off by the lack of an inbox for messages. Worst experience I think I've ever had with this franchise, never going...

To The Management Of This Restaurant Please I Hope You Address This Problem. First Of All You Guys Need To Properly Train Your Staff To Listen Of Change That Peace Of Crap Speaker Where You Order Threw The Drive Thru, Second Make For Sure You Guys Hire People Who Have Good People Skills & Not Some Unprofessional Child. I Came Threw The Drive Thru With A Coupon For A Free Whopper With The Purchase Of One. Your Employee Kaitland Took My Order And She Did A Fine Job Until I Came To Her Window To Get My Food. Noticed After Paying And Handing The Young Gentlemen My Money With Coupon Aswell That My Order Was Tooken Incorrectly And I Was Charged The Second Whopper. Tried To Ask Kaitlan About It But She Just Simply Handed Me My Food And Said With An Attitude "Oh Its Correct Bye." She Closed The Window In My Face With Out Handing Me My Drink Or Nothing. Bad Customer Service On Her Hand. She Deserves To Be In The Grill Station Cooking Or In The Bathrooms Cleaning Because She Has No People Skills!!! Other Then That Fast Timely Service Would've Been 5 Stars But...
