My personal experience at this store I've had numerous issueswith employees at the store having attitudes management has attitudes it seems like everybody in the store every once in a while you'll get somebody that acts like they have some common sense but most of them are belligerent one time I called and they kept me on hold and I called from my mom's phone they picked up heard my voice and put me back on hold again. I had a store credit I was trying to use because their last delivery the pizza was stuck to the top of the box and they just kept putting me on hold when I asked to speak with the manager they just hung up and wouldn't answer the phone so I drove up to the store as I'm still calling the store and it's ringing to go in and speak with the manager. When I got there I asked the employee is the manager here he said no she was on a delivery. Then he looks at this guy cutting the pizzas coming out in the oven and says you're a manager right he stands there at the desk don't come to the counter and says what do you need I said I need to speak to the manager. He says again what do you need. I said I want to talk to the store manager. He says well she's not here she'll be back in a little bit, so I said I will wait recording the whole conversation on my voice recorder on my phone. I sat in the lobby for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for the manager to get there when she came in she went straight behind the counter and started working like she was just an employee. Then about 10 minutes later she says can I help you you want to talk to the manager. So I walked up to the counter and I proceeded with my issue and she was one of the people I had talked to on the phone before I went to the store she hung up on me herself in mid-sentence coming out of her own mouth. So I told her that was crazy I didn't have an attitude or anything I said it was ridiculous the customer service they representing how they presented themselves how she could hang up on me while she was still talking herself like I wasn't even speaking at the point she hung up the phone I was just trying to use a credit that they had previously gave me for messing up my pizza that was delivered so at that moment she changed her attitude and became very helpful I use the credit they had giving me and got a free pizza but I also had another order and then I told her with the hassle they have put me through they should give me another credit and she did and I ended up paying $4 for my total order for two different orders. I told her that was I was satisfied with that and I would not get contact corporate. But trying to contact corporate is crazy too cuz I sent them an email before I even went up there and I never got a response and you can't talk to anybody I called the number it says that we can communicate through this communication app that they have but nothing comes of it. So I guess that's why their employees feel emboldened to have attitudes all the time and keep messing up on people's stuff and they're treating them like they're the ones that are wrong and it's crazy I will never order from Raeford again. Read moreAfter 4 times of ordering here I don't feel like there's any reason to eat or order from here ever again and here are the reasons. 1. EVERY time I've ordered from here they're late. I don't mean 30 minutes late, I meant 45+ minutes late. 2. The store is 4 minutes away and it should never take that long 3. My orders are always simple and somehow they always manage to make a mistake or muck up my food 4. The food tastes medicore at best, usually pan pizzas from Domino's are great but here they taste gummy and devoid of flavor 5. I've made an order before where they forgot to bring me some bread and two sauces (which I paid extra for) so the driver went back to get it and brought it cold af and only brought ONE of my sauces 6. I always tip the drivers 5 dollars hoping next time they'll try harder and now I feel like an idiot. 7. I just told my brother to order next time in case they don't like me so he made an order of 1 PEPPERONI PIZZA AND SIDE OF HABANERO WINGS and it's been an hour and 30 minutes and they're STILL not here. Seriously this place needs to get a new manager, new workers, drivers, whatever it takes because it's horrible....
Read moreI was traveling through the area on my way back to SC and wasn't feeling a sandwich. Used the app and it zeroed in on this location. When I arrived a few minutes later I waited outside to take a stretch. When the app notification said I was ready, I walked in and the young lady was cutting my pizza straight out of the oven and then brought it right away to the counter piping hot! Couldn't have been any better experience.. absolutely seamless from start to finish! She was polite and courteous and served with a smile..great location! I'll return when in that town. P.S. Based on other reviews..for those that have mentioned delays when calling in orders, please consider the app. You can still pay at the store if you don't want to pay online. My food has always been ready EXACTLY when the notification says at all locations I've visited. It's the world we live in where app orders take priority and keeps them pretty busy.
