My Experience was horrible. The manager at this branch should not be in charge of your Customer Service. She is brash, Rude, and the most Uncaring individual that I have had to deal with. I live in Raeford, but not in the city, I am 8 Miles out and have the option to go to Aberdeen, NC instead of the Raeford branch. I sent my husband with a large order, and 2 coupons. He is a Senior citizen with a pace maker that he had recently put in. He did not stop to read the door with the sign's about not taking coupons. He assumed like I did that it would not be an issue, it has not been in the past. I am at home with a fractured Hip, I am also a Vet, and still need help, so his stress level is already high. The employee that he talked to was also very Rude, and disrespectful, and just stated they don't take coupons. That would have been all well and fine, but she offered no other solutions, except to go to a Fayetteville, NC branch, He would then, have to find a location on his own, which was not going to happen, his blood pressure was through the roof at this point He is a Veteran so she could have offered him a 10% discount which is the normal amount. Your employees just present the attitude that it is their way and that is the end of the story, no apologies, no concerns, they basically could care less about what the customer wants if they don't want to put in any extra effort. For example when my came home I waited awhile to make sure that I did not have to call 911, and I called the Raeford, NC branch. I voiced my concerns and the Manager HUNG UP on me in mid sentence. I was upset and got emotional, I Apologize if I offended your Manager in any way, I am in extreme pain right now due to my Hip, and it has some effect. In closing if you visit this branch you probably know about the Coupon Policy. Your Web site will only Maybe show me this Information, If I place an order ON-LINE or ON my CELL PHONE. I do not have these options set up yet, so I do not know. For the People that do not participate, they will not know either, and Subway has all these AD'S Come TRY OUR NEW AND IMPROVED SUB'S, looks Like a Bait and Switch to Me, Yes Come In, No don't expect to save any Money, the Franchise Owners may have some increased Food Cost issues, But so do the Consumers. My best friend and I had planned a long, comfy visit to meet at this location. It's usually bright and clean, that's why we meet here instead of in Fayetteville. She brought coupons as we've used them here in the past.
The employees were standing in the kitchen area, laughing and joking. We had to ask 3 times for help. I asked about the signage at the register stating no coupons. Then, there was discussion back and forth between them about coupons. One person said, "some coupons are okay. What do you have?" Another said, "not ANY coupons."
My friend walked out-coupons in hand-when the first employee aid, "I'll take those from you and throw them away." I thought friend was joking when she snapped "let's go" but she wasn't. Forgot to scan the app. No way to get the rewards if you forget to scan your app. I suggested to the associate that it might be helpful to ask people at checkout if they need to scan. I was told, "We're not required to ask. If you want rewards you have to think to scan at the time." I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself trying to help a customer or taking a suggestion into consideration. I'll find somewhere else to eat in Raeford, NC.
