Brooklyn Pizza — Restaurant in Rahway

So they placed ad flyers on my door and i decided one day to try it out. Ordered for home delivery one large pizza and 10 wings. It took one hour and 25 minutes to deliver it. Driver said the girl on front desk got the town name incorrect and he went to another town. OK. So we sat down to finally eat pizza and wings. Guess what? Pizza looked not cooked, wings were good for me but too spicy for my wife, and to top it off, we requested ranch dressing for Bruschetta pizza since options were ranch, blue cheese and something else, but it arrived with blue cheese dressing. I called pizzeria few times to speak to the manager but the absent-minded front girl kept saying he is too busy to talk. I told her about the whole mishap and she did not even say Sorry. She asked if pizza got delivered or not, and then enjoy it and hang up. ANd guess what: I would have given you a second chance if at least the customer service was appropriate! Now you lose my family as your customer and I'll make sure to spread a word around my neighborhood about experience. Will never recommend and will never buy again from them. We had 2 large pies with various toppings, a slice of Sicilian, one cheesesteak and one peppers and onion sub. The food was very good. We had peppers on the cheesesteak sub and they were not mushy old griddle peppers - these tasted made to order and set it above most cheesesteak offerings. The sicilian slice was a little thinner than most places so the bread/sauce/cheese ratio was perfect and the slice was large. I like corner slices and the crust was excellent - crunchy and not too chewy, but it didn't shatter when bit into. The only knock is the size of the large pies. As the folks who ate them said - we wish they had an extra large option. Plenty of fresh toppings on one and an honest and tasty Margherita pie as the other, but they ran on the small side. Ordered a 100 wings and pizza for delivery. Supposed to get 50 mild and 50 bbq. The pizza is what we ordered. The wings on the other had is not what we ordered supposed to be 50 bbq and 50 mild. Spoked to the manager or owner on duty. Put us on hold to check the video cameras to make sure it was bbq sauce used smh. After waiting on hold for 5 mins. Hung up and called back. They offer to give us a tub of bbq sauce to put on mild wings which no sense what so ever. Made us brought in wings that we ordered for delivery. Carried back 2 trays of wings. Tasted his bbq sauce he gave us to tried vs what we have on our wings and it dont taste nothing alike. Going to tell us his bbq sauce have a kicked. We didn't order spicy bbq.
