When buying parts, open and check it in the store before leaving. Purchased a heat sink for my processor. Noticed a dent across a few of the plates and some of the thermal paste to be stripped. Totally my fault for not going back to the store right away and instead connecting the heat sink to my processor. After seeing the brand I bought, a friend (who helped me build my pc) purchased the same heat sink for his new build and when it arrived we both noticed right away that his looked remarkably better than mine. Even the copper parts were shiny whereas mine were dull. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to notice when something is used as opposed to new. I don't fault the business for not taking my word for it, especially since I explained I started using it, but at the same time I didn't have my friend's new heat sink in front of me to compare the one I bought with. The main reason for anyone reading this review is to please check any new product you are buying from here since the store owner/manager said they don't ever open the boxes and just put them up...

In 2013 my mom bought a laptop here. It was old as hell (2004 or so) but Computer Guys USA fixed it up to sing like an absolute champion. That ANCIENT laptop lasted her SEVEN YEARS as a "netflix machine." 100% PERFECT FOR MOM'S NEEDS & BUDGET - not too much, not too little.
