No shape of form is this ok
I would give ZERO ⭐️ IF THEY LET ME FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏾
About to weeks before I place this current order I ordered chicken fried rice NO EGGS I can’t eat EGGS I work in the area as a store manager so I eat here often the ladie made a simple mistake but told me she didn’t that this is what I ordered again I don’t EAT EGGS AND IS NOT MY FIRST TiME ORDING , I understand it can get busy but to be rude to a customer is totally different I only asked for my food to be fixed the ladie begins to talk in Spanish and not English not knowing because I’m not Spanish doesn’t mean I don’t speak nor understand Spanish
To my understanding if they mess up on a order they must pay out of pocket mean they bought the food the messed up
She continues to tell the manager it’s not her fault and that he as in me should pay for the food witch I already did that’s why I wanted to fixed my order CAUSE I DONT EAT EGGS
So I ordered a few days ago from today and I see my name ( SHAWN RETURN FOOD ) But what threw me off was the way MARIA said oh once I gave a call back number for them to call once my order is ready
Need less to continue the long up setting things that went on I am very upset and Disgusted about my name on my recipe after this is the only time I EVER RETURNED MY FOOD TO THIS PLACE
For there mistake
Please be careful who...
Read moreCame on recommendation of a coworker who swore this was one of the best Peruvian food she had tasted. So of course we had to come try it! Glad we did! It was delicious!! We started off with the causa de pollo which was yummy!! I had lomo de pollo, and wow!! Delicious! My hubby had the arroz chaufa de carne( which is Peruvian beef fried rice) he was happy with his meal and said it was very good! My 13 year old had tallarín verde con bisteck(green spaghetti with steak) he loved it! My 11 year old had the papa la Huancaina, also yummy. The portions were large, which was a plus. So come on an empty stomach. Plates ranged from $16-$24, which was worth it. Overall the ambiance was nice, we came for lunch and by the time we left the place was full. The decor is pretty and simple, which is rare for Peruvian restaurants. Well kept up. The service was just ok. We will have to return to taste the desserts.
Returned for a second visit and was not disappointed!! Food was 🤤 delicious!! By far one of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. We tried their jalea this time and my hubby was super happy with it! My son tried tallarin with huancaina sauce and grilled chicken. That was super yummy!! And we tried the flan, it was super creamy and just perfect. Cant wait...
Read moreWent with my husband and 2 kids looking for good pollo a la brasa. The pollo was absolutely disgusting. It smelled old and foul and was inedible. My husband told the server and asked to see the menu for something else. The server (a guy) was very nice and understanding and handed him a menu. Then a server named Vanessa comes out of nowhere and tells my husband that bc the plate was delivered to the table that he couldnt order something different. My husband had to tell this lady the same thing he told the guy server. Vanessa said she would check to see if he could order something else....excuse me? You served foul food and you have to check to see if your guest can order something different? That left a bad taste in my mouth. She came back saying it was ok to order something different(big surprise). After my husband ordered something different our original server sat down behind us to eat lunch and never checked in on us. The food was ok at best. Nothing special. The icing on the cake for me was them not having a baby changer in either bathroom. Both were 1 room bathrooms and there was nowhere to change my infants diaper. I had to walk in the snow and change her in the car. Below average food, horrible customer service experience and horrible environment. Definitely not...
