Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rainbow City

To start, I love Dominos and have grown very accustomed to their ability to deliver a quality, lower cost pizza. However, I’ve tried several times to be satisfied with this location and their service, but this time they took the cake.

The delivery took 30min from the beginning of the “quality check” which is just code for “waiting on other others to finish to be delivered on the same run”. Fine.. I understand wanting to be efficient, but then riddle me why my stop was the last instead of the first when the residential address is less than a mile away.

The poor experience didn’t stop there. Once I received my order my two topping pizza was wrong and the stuffed cheesy bread was anything but stuffed. With the amount of burnt cheese atop and that fell onto the pan while cooking, coupled with the half baked dough, it was clear their oven was set too high. AND there was practically no cheese between the under cooked, folded over dough!

Unless you have some magical way to ensure your order won’t be as epic of a fail as mine… AVOID...

OK, let me change my glowing review for this place. Does anyone remember the days when a pizza came standard with the sauce and cheese and you chose your toppings from there? Who the heck wants a pizza with only one, or even 2 toppings anyway, but that's all there ever is in the coupons, so I rarely buy here anymore. Well, today I get on the app and see a coupon for $12 for a large 5 topping pizza so I start making an order on the app. Unreal that your sauce and even your cheese now count as toppings!!! I get so disgusted with Domino's that I'll probably just never buy here again.Does that mean if you were to be desperate enough to buy a 2 topping pizza then all you get is sauce and cheese as your toppings???? What a complete rip-off! I only see this as a way to trick you into ordering just because you've already taken your time to build the durn pizza(s) and you're too hungry so you just go on and order anyway. I order from this Domino’s all the time. Literally, every week. I feel bad a lot of times for not tipping the driver, but I don’t because EVERY time I see this person’s name show up as my delivery driver, I know my food is going to be cold and not any good. It’s really a waste of money. I don’t think I’m going to order from them any longer. I waited over an hour for my food to get here. Of course, when I got it, it was cold. I understand that there are other deliveries, but I literally live 3 minutes away from Domino’s. Shouldn’t it make more sense to drop mine off first? KC, if you want a tip, stop delivering me cold and non edible pizza. It’s ridiculous.

Sure, Domino’s offered me a free pizza. I appreciate that. However, that doesn’t change the fact that my pizza is always cold. I literally have countless emails where they’re “trying to make it right”, but how about get it right the first time.
