Bubba Ritos — Restaurant in Rainbow City

This is the worst food experience I've ever had!

I swear it seems like they had a vendetta against us when we saw the garbage they put in our order.

Tonight, we ordered online at 6:45pm & we ordered 2 bubba bowls, one with steak & one with chicken.

There was ZERO chicken & only 2 tiny slivers of steak.

There were NO shells for the bubba bowls & instead of informing us & asking if we'd like to change our order or not get it, they just dumped it in a foam box.

Both of the bowls were completely inedible.

This is only our 3rd visit to this establishment & 2 out of the 3 visits, we were completely unable to eat & we paid for the food one of those 2 times.

In the first visit, we ordered online but it was 7pm.

When we arrived at the location, we were informed that they didn't have half of the things we ordered.

The reason..."It's after 7pm on a Friday night."

At least we were refunded our money on the first visit.

But, apparently they don't really stay open to 9pm like it says on Google.

They close around 6pm & shovel the left over garbage into foam bowls until 9pm or whenever they stop.

The second time we ordered here, we were able to eat.

Probably because we ordered as early as we possibly could, at roughly 5pm.

So, we were able to eat, but it took an eternity to get the food & the quality was mediocre at best.

We ordered close to 30 minutes before arriving & then waited another 20+ minutes before getting our food.

Tonight was their last chance with us & we will never go back.

If you go here, you MUST arrive 3-4 hours before the posted closing hours & MAYBE they'll have the food & maybe they won't.

Be aware, if they don't have the food you ordered, you may get leftover garbage dumped in a foam box!

SO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I've included screenshots from the video my daughter took of the "bubba bowls" & it's fairly obvious there's no meat & they just dumped cold, leftovers in a box.

The video shows her digging through the mess & you can easily see there's no meat anywhere.

I'll be glad to share the video with anyone who doubts...

I must admit the food was good but the customer service and environment was disgusting. I have to assume that the lady with blonde short hair is most likely part of management or assistant manager. She was incredibly rude to her coworkers yelling at them loudly in front of customers even to the point where she was holding up the line. Everyone can relate to having an annoying coworker but it is highly inappropriate to practically verbally abuse and embarrass your coworkers in front of multiple customers. There is no reasonable excuse for it and it SLICK made me and my boyfriend not want to eat there any more. Absolutely disgusting behavior from them and all the customers could do was make mutual uncomfortable eye contact with each other as she continued to yell and embarrass her coworker. All for the sake of some beans and chicken not being prepared on time. To the person being addressed- YOU’RE A COMPLETE LOSER. You’re TOO old to be acting like that in public AND the work place. You embarrassed your establishment and your other coworkers (who were also too afraid to say anything about it). Needless to say, DO BETTER. One of my favorite places to go eat and most definitely my favorite burrito shop. I love this place so much I had them cater my wedding rehearsal years ago (way way way cheaper than Moe's ridiculous prices and way way way better). I get the chicken burrito almost every time, my wife loves the bowls and my oldest daughter gets the bubba double (soft taco shell wrapped around the hard shell with cheese or refried beans to hold it together). Good quality products and maybe most importantly great sauces (spicy ranch and my favorite zesty sour cream, you will want extra of that, trust me). I would have a picture but I always tear into my food with no thoughts of taking one.
