Me and my husband came here for my birthday and both got the big mozzarella I got the hot Cheeto one when they came out first my husband ordered a plain one and got the hot Cheetos one but the hot Cheetos one was soggy and the Cheetos were stale it just didn’t taste right and I couldn’t figure out why although I will say great service on the owners part cuz he made my husband a new plain me and offered to make me one but i declined because i just didn’t like it so he offered to give me a free snack instead which i appreciated I sadly think the corn dogs are microwaved because they come out soggy and not crunchy at all and if it was fried like it supposed to be it wouldn’t have tasted soggy and would’ve had so crunch to it. I also think this because everytime they were cooking a corn dog I heard a microwave being open and shut and buttons pushed except and if they were fried like they are supposed to it wouldn’t come out in less than five mins it would’ve at least taken ten to fifteen to fry a something like that all the way through I will say the teas there are really good tho I love the drinks! I also got an açaí bowl which I didn’t care for the açaí was premade probably came frozen wasn’t made fresh it also had no sweetness to it at all except from the honey I added and the girl that took my order got my order wrong even when I told her multiple times what fruits I wanted on it and I still got the wrong one because I don’t like bananas in my açaí bowl but she still put them on there. Don’t get me wrong this is a cool place there’s kid friendly music games to play with friends and pretty cool Japanese snacks and...

We have been coming here since it first opened but had not been in several months. I am under the impression that it had changed ownership several months ago when I had last gone. At that time they seems disorganized and did not have everything in stock but that was understandable and I excused our order being slightly wrong. A year ago I would have rated this place five stars and could not think of any complaints. Tonight changed that. We had a simple order of two taro milk teas with brown sugar boba and a Korean corn dog. Our wait time was almost 30 minutes, which was near twice as long as any other time we had been here for the same order. Both of the taro milk teas were a sludgy barely light brown color, bitter, had very little boba and were 90% ice. The boba syrup tasted scorched and the the boba was nowhere near cooked fully. Other than our drink being slightly bitter and the issues with the boba, the actual milk tea portion had little to no flavor beyond tap water. Yes we did order 50% sugar (like we have always done here) but this had no sweetness at all. The corn dog was extremely hot on the outside but the cheese was not. The employees seemed significantly more dismissive than I've ever experienced here. Overall, We will not be back unless we hear that staffing or ownership has changed which is extremely disappointing as this was our favorite...

Stood at the counter for 45 minutes and the employee never spoke to me. Nothing. Not a hi or even anything about a wait. I do not think she did more than look at me while I waited. To be fair she was busy and working all alone. It was dead silent. This shop doesn't hire enough workers or maybe they don't pay well enough to have anyone want to work there. Just one person trying to do everything for a whole shop is so sad and it's bad management. The worker did nothing wrong, they were clearly overwhelmed. This is not the first time I have had a long wait or just given up and left with nothing from here. While I waited this time I watched other people get fed up with the wait and leave. So many businesses have tried and failed right there from the same thing. Remember the bakery that used to be there? No, because you would wait forever then give up get mad and leave. I don't think this shop will last much longer. It's sad because its really unique and the items are great if you are able to...

Rarely do we try a new place that leaves an impression like this. The staff told us all about their products, where they're made and the concept behind this place. They let us try several of the boba options. They also gave us a vanilla and chocolate wafer for coming in. The decor is really nice with plenty of seating. It's a colorful area with t.v. monitors that display the vast menu. Everything from tea, smoothies, coffee, frappes and some drinks I've never seen before. They also have a few food items. The manager told us they were mixing the vibe of a traditional American coffee shop with a Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Korean culture. We both had a caramel latte which was full of flavor not watered down like some places. We were told that the coffee was from Vietnam and is a little stronger. My wife and I both liked the taste. This place is really cool and different from your average coffee shop. Great concept.

Coming back from a decade on the west coast, I was so excited to see this place had opened up in town! They have it all: boba, taiyaki, bingsu, Korean corn dogs, and other tasty treats. I brought my niece here to try boba for the first time and she loved it. Not pictured (which is a failure on my part) is the mozz+potato corn dog, which was fresh, crispy and very tasty. Whether you're curious or a long-time boba lover you will enjoy a visit here! Be prepared for a small wait as everything is made fresh. The staff were very kind and helpful in explaining their offerings to some newcomers that came in after us.
