Subway — Restaurant in Rainsville

An employee greeted me by making rude comments about my appearance, questioning me about what I was wearing. (A simple beanie) She waited until I told her I was using it to hide my bad hair day until she would serve me. - It was so embarrassing, making me feel self conscious in front of the other customers and employees.

I've never had this happen to me before, and I was absolutely dumbfounded! All I wanted was to quickly and politely order a sandwich in peace. Hopefully the franchisee sees this, because this employee managed to make me wary of one the few good places to eat around here, I doubt I'll be back...

I was coming through town and we decided to stop at a subway let me tell you.

• Avoid this place * This is the nastiest disgusting Subway I have ever been to.There were pieces of cold steak mixed in with the chicken the lettuce was the disgusting. looking and the counter where they make our sandwiches were filthy discussing. They don't even clean up after making your sandwich. Every table you sit down to eat at had food crumbs on it.Who ever owns this subway needs to clean house get someone that takes pride in...

Went last night 7/23/22. To the Rainsville Alabama store. The older lady put 5 meatballs on my footlong . Ask for extra meatballs nope but got charged for extra meatballs n extra veggies. It wasn't good. Same lady made my husband foot long pizza sub ask for double meat also didn't get it but got charged for it. Extra veggies was charged. Wasn't happy at all . So guess no more subway for us. Unless scottboro subway is better. Don't go to fort payne or henager for the same reason . Not good customer service ....
