Burger King — Restaurant in Rainsville

This is the only place that I would eat at as far as a drive through goes.. They were really good about the service and making sure your order was right and that you got what you ordered and what you paid for so I never had to double check my bag before leaving the drive through but unfortunately that has all changed now... I went there tonight to get dinner for the family and spent 25.00 and I didn't think twice about it I even had to pull up to the third window to wait. I got all the way home and started to unpack it so I could feed the family when I noticed I was missing some food and of course it was my food that wasn't in there! Now I'm not one to make a big deal out of small stuff and since everyone else had their food I let it go and just fixed myself something eles but a couple of weeks before this I went to the same drive through and ordered the 2 for six and when I went to pay for it I realized they were trying to charge me full price for each whopper but before I gave them my card I asked them about the price and they fixed my total... so I guess what I'm trying to say is pay attention and always check your bag before leaving I know I will be from now on. Burger king is and will always be my number 1 favorite fast food place.. I will just start paying better attention...

We had such a horrible experience several months ago that we never went back. Our order had multiple problems and when I politely called to get a corrected order at a later date (because we were already home) the young woman on the phone was argumentative and never offered to correct anything. We also reached out to corporate and never heard anything back. Go at your own risk because I definitely do not recommend it. We live right down the road from this location and used to go frequently but we’ve noticed the steady decline in the quality and service and our last visit was the last straw. I work at the Super 8 in Rainsville and had a long night, my son was hungry and cranky, and so were my mother and I. We pulled up at around 6 AM, and were met with the super sweet Christy (I hope I spelled this correctly). She figured an order of hash rounds were for my 2 year old and sat them out a second to cool so he could eat them right away, it was soooooo wonderful of her, he was so hangry haha The customer service here was amazing.
