1887 Bistro — Restaurant in Raleigh

They were out of an item that I included when I was doing the online order. When I went to pick up they replaced that item from another one that I can't eat, and they did not let me know about it. I just realized about it when I opened the package at home. When I called to ask about that issue, the staff member who talked to me was very rude and she told me that next time I should open the package before I leave the place. We are in the middle of a pandemic with several restrictions and that's the reason we order online and just pick the order up and leave. My question is, was I supposed to return the wrong item to them after I handle it with my hands? Would that item being given to another customer? Due to their rudeness, and health safety concerns I wouldn't recommend anyone...

horrible. they decided to let me sit and wait for a server to seat me for 30+ minutes until they decided that they were only taking grubhub orders. thanks for telling me that AFTER lunch switched over to dinner, so i couldn't even get the dish that i wanted in the first place!! i could even see the manager (the guy who looks like bootleg pitbull or walmart brand andrew tate) standing around talking to the other workers, and they could see me (and some other people) waiting to be seated. did they care? obviously not. thanks for wasting my...

I dont know why anybody would come here. Came for a quick lunch at talley and waited half an hour before my server came and talked to me - and I had to flag him down to get him to come over.

I ordered the turkey reuben which was supposed to come on rye, it didnt, and tasted like something I could throw together in a panini press. It wasn't bad, but I expect better for $11.

I would look for other options...
