Called in an order and ask if they were still taking call in orders to when the guy over the phone expressed that yes they are taking orders over the phone at this time. I asked because it was late and know that most may not but he expressed immensely that they are taking orders. I placed an order and he said that it will be done in 10 minutes with the assumption that the food will be prepared before my arrival. I arrived that the location 15 minutes before they closed and when we arrived he said that they are closed and not taking order. I told him that I placed an order over the phone and that he said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. He said no that’s not what he said and we have to be there before they closed to get the food. We arrived 15 minutes before but he said that didn’t matter because they closed their kitchen at 9pm. I don’t understand if you closed your kitchen at 9pm why take an order at 9:15pm and say that it will be ready in 15 minutes? Meaning it will be ready at 9:30pm. But on arrival at 9:45 pm you say that the kitchen was already closed and never took the order? This is extremely unprofessional because this could have been prevented if he said they were not taking orders. Then a man walked in after us and gets food after they said they did not make any food after 9:15pm because the kitchen was already closed. So how did you make someone else’s food? They lack communication and wasted my time because they should have just said they were not cooking any more food instead of saying they are taking orders when I asked to ensure it was okay so this...

I was pretty happy about visiting this location since it opened by my job. The experience I got was nothing like I expected, the owner was pretty rude and not welcoming. I placed my order over the phone and got there to pick up and he ask for my phone number. I proceed to give my phone number and he rudely yells out last 4 of your number. (Ok that’s not what you asked for) ok past that then he yells out order 67 with a few others people waiting on their order. No one moves then one lady walks up and it wasn’t hers so I asked his brother (which was pretty nice) is this the order number and the owner and he rudely responds yes this is your order. Make sure people know the number because my number was 0067222 and not just 67, make sure customers are aware what number to look out for. I asked why is he so agitated and this isn’t a good experience since this was my first time here. A few of the others waiting also replied about him being rude. If you don’t prefer to deal with customers then hire someone that will. Most people make enough money to buy food from any establishment. First time ever going here and the food and service are honestly terrible. I made a phone order and arrived to pick it up. The young lady who called out my order and handed me my food was rude and had a nasty attitude. Upon arriving home I realized my lemon pepper wings BARELY had any seasoning. I came home to realize I was basically given PLAIN wings lol. My husband realized the shrimp that was supposed to be in his order were missing. Once we realized this we called the restaurant where the same rude girl answered the phone.
