Paleteria La Monarca Michoacana — Restaurant in Raleigh

First of all i want to say that i enjoy coming to this place with my family and friends. It's a great spot to get together; however, today i was hoping to get some items with the kids and my friend and the customer service was unbelievably terrible. I had waited in line and Carol the cashier ignored us and didn't acknowledge us. A gentleman comes in and she proceeds to take his order. I asked another lady at the store if someone could take our order since Carol ignored us and i figured she was new or just mistakenly forgot about us. The other girl said that once she was done she will take our orders since we were the ONLY ones left at the store to order. She finished the transaction and we waited again for our turn.. another family comes in and she ignored us again and took her order. She finished and started laughing with her other coworkers. It is ridiculous! I have never had something like that happened, employees like her will make sure you lose a lot of customers. I don't recommend this place unless they have a change of staff and their customer service improves. The food is great never...

1.I give this place one star because my step daughter wanted a popsicle, proceeded to eat it, and it was like biting into a rock. Myself, and her sister finished ours before she even got 3 little bites out of it. Tried to switch it out, and the girl said no. What happened to a happy customer first? Would've had better service at a fast food place. 2. They took away the trash before we could even throw anything away, guess they were in a hurry to close. 3. What kind of place has a place to sit down and eat, but no public restroom, especially to paying customers. Good thing my step daughters were able to use the bathroom and wash their sticky hands at the park. I will not be bringing the girls here again on their weekly fun night....

I loved this ice cream shop.. believe me, it's a hidden gem for Desserts.

It's a South American ( if I am not wrong, Venezuela) ice cream shop. All the ice cream flavors were quite creative & different from regular ice cream shops.

They have lots of options for Ice Cream Bar as well.

Staff was very courteous & gave us samples of lots of flavors with a smile.

This is a must...
