BurgerFi — Restaurant in Raleigh

As a Burger Critic, I am always honest And give fair reviews. I drove about 25 Minutes to this place, waited about 20 mins after ordering and then finally got my food. I got the bacon burger with double Patty, double bacon, grilled onions, lettuce and tomatoes, and then chili cheese fries. The burger was average, on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst and 10 the best, I'd give it a rating of a 4. The fries were the WORST fries I would say I have ever had in my 10+ years of reviewing food. The fries were so spicy, which I didn't order spicy, I guess this is the way they come, they actually burned my mouth. It was ridiculous, and the chili had no flavor, and the cheese tasted like it came out of a factory. The burger was greasy, and the patty, just tasted basic. Overall, I would say if you live near here, it's fine, but there is no need to drive 7+ minutes to get here, it's not worth it. I will not be eating here again, and I hope they redo their fries, because they were a true nightmare. And also, BURGERFI DOES NOT USE THE "FINEST 1% OF BEEF IN THE INDUSTRY" This is a false claim, and I have tried much better burgers. The service was wonderful; the food was greasy and tasteless and VERY OVER-PRICED! My first AND LAST time at this or any BurgerFi. $20 for this meal which is outrageous!! (Cheeseburger, small onion rings, water) If you want to eat at a Greasy Spoon, this is the place!! The onion rings were too big, breaded fine, but where is the onion?? Very greasy (grease sitting in bottom of the paper container). The cheeseburger was a great size but the piece of lettuce and the '1' slice of tomato were both so thin and so small that they did nothing for the burger (no taste). There was some sort of sauce on the bottom bun but it was tasteless (very small amount on the bun which the bun totally absorbed). Worse of all, there was absolutely NO SEASONING AT ALL on the hamburger. No salt, no pepper, no taste! I wrapped mine up and took it home. The bag was sopped in grease by the time I got home which transferred to my leather car seats. I nuked the burger, placed some fresh sliced onion, lettuce and tomato on it and seasoned it with McCormick's Hamburger seasoning. Finally, taste!! What a waste of my hard earned money. I will never go to this or any BurgerFi again. Just a warning, if you want taste they will gladly sell you sauces and seasonings (about 2 tbsp) for $1.75 - $5.75. What...

Updating my review** It has been some time...I just had a really nice experience. I was helped by a very nice woman named Mary She took my order, recited it back, very polite, and great energy. I can tell the location has done a lot to improve the customer experience.

@burgerfi, Mary got you a regular customer again. She even had makeup to match the green on her hat!

I encourage those reading to read this review and my previous below. It is refreshing to see a business grow and listen to their customers.

(Previous review) Okay .. I give up. I can't understand how my order is not correct on so many occasions for just a burger.. I use to order online.. and my order began coming back really wrong. I then move to ordering over the phone...and sure enough that did not work. I have been driving for takeout just so I can make sure my order is correct. I had a good run .. but sure enough... Somehow my order is wrong.

1 star b.c the food still tastes great, and the 2nd star because I hate cancel culture. I don't doubt the employees are trying their best. Seems like more of a lack of management.
