Beware of this salon! Their pricing is inconsistent and some of the nail techs operate with a lack of integrity, finding sneaky ways to increase your bill without informing you of extra costs and hidden fees. Additionally, some of them are rude and lack customer service skills. If you ask for a service, they will perform it in the most expensive way possible. For example, I specifically asked for acrylic French nails with pink nail polish under the white tip for the base, my tech chose to do pink acrylic for the base instead of the pink polish I asked for, which resulted in an extra $5 charge that she was not upfront about. If I did not specifically ask for something that would increase my price, the nail techs should not take it upon themselves to add it without disclosing the fee. Be very clear when stating what you want and how you want it done, and pay close attention to what is being done, because if you leave any room for them to wiggle in extra costs they will take every opportunity—and they won’t inform you about it. I always know what I want and I calculate my price according the their website prior to arriving, and NEVER has my bill aligned with what I already calculated. In fact, I’ve had to dispute my bill at every single visit. The first few times I considered it honest mistakes, I showed some grace, we rectified the bill, I kept my experiences to myself and I kept it moving. But after coming her for quite some time now and experiencing the same mistake over and over, I understand that it is not a mistake, it is a choice. The techs are intentionally scamming to increase the cost of service, hoping that you don’t catch it, and this is not okay. It is very dishonest. I have no problem paying for a service that I asked for and received, but I will NOT pay for anything that I did not ask for or that the techs decided to do on their own, without informing me of an increase in the price. Here are some examples of services they’ve tried to slip on my bill over the time span that I’ve been a client: They’ve tried to charge for shaping and length when my nails were short and square. They’ve tried to charge for SNS dip when I received acrylic. Some days a cutdown is $3 and others it is $5. I don’t understand this fluctuation in the price because I always get short nails and go three weeks between fills. I once paid for my daughter to receive a manicure with her full set and she did not receive the manicure. At our most recent visit, my daughter and I got acrylic fills with French design, which is pictured below, and we understood that it would be $10 extra. The nail tech (Wendy) kept asking my daughter if she wanted more of a curve in her French and never disclosed that it would be $25 extra. She was convincing her so she could increase the price. In the end, we were both charged $25 extra for a deep curve in our French. The $25 extra charge for my French was dropped to $10 as it should have been from the start. But they argued that my daughter had special French with a deep curve and would not drop her price. When I looked at her final design, I could not understand what set her French apart from mine that resulted in hers being an extra $25 and mine only being an extra $10. When pointed out, the manager usually took the scammed charges off the bill, but the fact that it is so easily taken off every time speaks volumes. Of course you would have no problem removing a service from my bill that was never performed in the first place. Which tells me that the techs are being sneaky and don’t think the clients will catch it, but I catch it every time and call it out every time. At this point, I think others should be made aware if this activity. Plus, the fact that I have to dispute my bill at every visit is a red flag. It takes the relaxation out of what is supposed to be a spa experience. This was the last opportunity for this salon to prove themselves trustworthy and operate with integrity. We WILL NOT be returning, I will not be recommending this salon to anyone, and I will share my experiences with anyone who asks.

Don’t come here unless you wanna get your skin ripped off like mine!!!! My first time here and the eyebrow lady probably used the same eyebrow tinting on every person who was getting their brows tinted since she was carrying it around the entire salon. I only wanted a tint since I am growing the shape of my brow how I want it, but I never got asked how I wanted the tint to be: what shape/where my sparse areas I wanted to be tinted. Didn’t tell me anything at all other than it looked uneven which I already knew that obviously. Once the tint was on I knew it was gonna be uneven and I tried wiping it off since it literally looked like one brow up and one brow down and had a chunky square inner brow. Never told me how long the tint was gonna sit on my eyebrows. I said I didn’t want a lot toward the front. Again I never had these done before only seen them online on how it’s “suppose to be” done so I’m just sitting down not even in a room just literally in the lobby looking crazy and getting looks from the other customers that were there and I know they were looking how uneven the tint was looking on me so I just pretended to look distracted. When time was up we went to the wax room, and I don’t know why she was RUSHING moving fast to get things done. My eyes are closed during this time as she’s wiping off the tint and all of a sudden I feel a hot wax and I’m like “I didn’t ask for wax” but too late , the wax was already on my skin!!! She said she “has to” and at that point I was pissed off since she never mentioned anything AT ALL. She continued her waxing but she ripped off too much of the top brow and it’s even more uneven than when she was talking initially about it and the tint looked like her own eyebrow tint and I didn’t like how blocky it looked. My hair barely grows and I know I don’t have much hair for a unibrow, but yet it was still ripped off a few times. The picture speaks for itself, look how badly ripped my skin is !!! I don’t recommend this place at all. I was recommended but never again. Maybe just your nails cuz everyone else looked pretty chill and focused on their client but anything other than that, no. I was legit about to cry when I saw how bad my eyebrows looked and how my skin was ripped off!!! Thank GOD I have bangs to hide this hideous scar but I still use makeup to cover it and to fill in the sparse areas that she took too much of my hair from!!!!

This was our first visit coming to nail kitchen . We were not greeted when we walked up , I finally figured out that to be seen you will need to Put your name in the machine they had sitting on the counter but no one communicated what we needed to do and for first timers would except a greeting from new visitors or returning ,but another customer had to tell us it was not cool you were NOT greeted. She stated she normally do it online so she didn’t have to deal with them with the wait. The rep finally called us after 10 minutes and walked us to the private pedicure room only because the place was packed, we had a good experience with our pedicures which we got the ultimate for $45 but the manicure was a complete shell shock. I get my nails done all the time and normally when I show a nail a pic of what i want them communicate what the price would be or how much more for a design. I was placed with Victor who did a great job but did not explain how his services worked, on the brochure given it shows $37 and up so I’m thinking ok decent so 3 designs isn’t going to be bad , when the service was over the bill came out to be $150 I was so shocked, I then wanted to know why and the rep at the front desk did not want to explain , I have seen nails more detail and jewels added but in this case a heart drawn and one white accent nail was not $150 dollars worth . She only wanted to say it was a specialty nail set. I would have rather paid for drinks which I could have had several for $150!!! I repeat Do Not Go in here thinking you can show a picture of a set off Pinterest or anywhere they will wait to tell you at the end and blow you away at the counter the ridiculous price for basic design!!! What happen was not right !!!!! It was robbery!

The manager on duty Savannah (if that's her real name), was very unprofessional and passive-aggressive. After paying for my gel manicure and ultimate pedicure, I was asked how my services went. I expressed that I felt a bit rushed as my cuticles weren't cut down completely, and my nail bed maintenance was incomplete. In addition, my services were completed before a few customers receiving services before me, and a stranger reassured my observation. After explaining the same to Savannah, she essentially told me that because my services were "basic," despite upgrading my pedicure, it wasn't uncommon for my services to be completed so quickly. I was taken aback, given that she made that comment without any consideration of what it may have taken for me to pay $80 for self-care. I continued to explain that I simply wanted to share my experience as a first-time customer having a hard week and that I was looking forward to a therapeutic experience. Savannah condescendingly responded that people get nail salons confused with a massage parlor and that this is not a massage parlor. I informed Savannah that other customers were still receiving their first service and that I would be curious to see what services they were receiving so that next time I could upgrade. Savannah told me there was no need to further investigate the matter and continued to disregard my concern by diminishing the services I selected and referring to them as "low tier." At that point, I asked Savannah her name. Savannah contentiously proceeded to ask me my name before providing hers. At this juncture, I presumed that she had already made up her mind and was not interested in providing any solutions. Due to Savannah's nasty behavior, lack of critical thinking, and solution-based problem-solving skills I was banned from the salon. At no point did I refuse to pay for my services or create a scene. My reason for sharing my experience was to hopefully prevent other customers from experiencing the same. Thus, for Savannah's solution for a first-time customer with concerns to be extremely dismissive and instantaneously ban me was absolutely ridiculous. I truly hope something is done regarding Savannah's revolting spirit and that action is put forth to rectify her...
