Placed an order for pickup tonight which was supposed to be ready within 15 minutes. I get to the restaurant and see that it isn’t ready yet so I wait because I see a group of orders being prepped. After about 15 extra minutes passed and all the orders were filled, I approached the cashier to ask about my order. He was dismissive and told me he hadn’t seen my name in the orders. He moved onto another task and didn’t bother asking me any other questions despite the restaurant being much less than busy. In my near 20 minutes waiting in the restaurant, I’d seen him give cheerful service to the customers, so I was confused as to why he was so dismissive toward me when I was voicing a valid concern.

Thankfully another team member stepped in quickly and asked me the name on the order, which I gave again. This time, when the cashier overheard it, he said that it sounded familiar, despite giving me zero attention mere seconds earlier when I’d given him the same info. Neither team member was sure what had happened to my order since they claim to have filled it, but the woman who stepped in got my order going and I was able to leave within another 10 minutes. But again, the cashier was dismissive and instead of handing it to me, he plopped the order on the shelf as though I’d burdened him. It took a total of 45 minutes between ordering and picking up.

When I finally get my order home, I find that the lid wasn’t even properly secured on the bowl which could’ve caused it to spill out, they gave me grilled chicken instead of harissa, and they didn’t even give me my order of pita chips. Instead there were two small slices of plain cold pita bread. Nothing about the experience was positive and the two things they up-charge for weren’t even correctly in the order.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at this Cava. I visit often and usually enjoy the service and the food but tonight was disappointing to say the...

I eat Cava at least twice a week. It’s always been my go to. Their food is delicious and they give large portions but after today, I will not be eating here. My friend and I stopped by to grab a late lunch and both got bowls. When I first ordered, I chose greens and grains. The employee working gave me only one scoop of rice and one scoop of greens. Normally, they give me two scoops of each. When I asked for another scoop, she told me that it was going to be extra. At that point I started to get suspicious. I agreed and continued to get the rest of my toppings. My friend on the other was very much unfortunate. Only half of her bowl was filled. When we went back and asked for more, Jane, the employee who served us both asked for help from another employee, Emoni. She said that, “The right portion is only to be half of the bowl. Previous employees have been giving out larger portions than we’re supposed to.” At that point I was just confused because if every time I’ve been coming here and getting a full bowl, then either I’ve been getting lucky, or the employees here are actually not following the right portions to give customers. None of the employees did anything about it. I’m just very disappointed because I have always supported Cava since the day it first opened. I have recommended this restaurant to family, friends, and blasted it all over my platforms on social media. I really hope a customer doesn’t...

I usually love coming to Cava for lunch because it is a good option for a well balanced meal. However, my boyfriend and I had a terrible experience on Sunday (8/7/2022). We went in around 8pm and I wish I would have picked something else to eat or just went straight home with the experience I had. 1. It seem like it was short staff, there was only 3 young ladies there. 2. We waited 10-15minutes to be served-watching them prepare online orders and did not receive any acknowledgment of even being there whatsoever. 3. We were not given good service once someone finally attended to us, and was barely given any food in our bowls. 4. I asked for falafel in my bowl and I asked if they were going to drop any and it seemed they didn’t want to help with that. I asked again when I saw one worker dropping some and was only given 2 pieces on the side (having to pay extra for that). Having to spend nearly $30 bucks for the pathetic and terrible service and meal we received had left us disappointed. I understand that it may suck and is overwhelming for the workers to service when it seems short staffed but the mannerism and attitude we were given was unacceptable. Frankly I don’t see myself coming back for a while or even at all. Good service goes a long way, especially when you pay a pretty...

Food quality comparable to other locations I’ve been to, but the staff here were friendly and had a more genuine air of customer service. Update 8/7/22: I went back to this location and had a pretty opposite experience. I could tell they were busy but they skimped on the bowls and were out of a lot of things so not only could you not get what you wanted but you got very little of what you did get. The chicken was all burnt little crumbles so my bf asked for extra to make up the difference and they charged extra. I can’t believe they charged extra let alone served that chicken. I asked for meat balls since the chicken was just burnt crumbles they only had two so my option was take the burnt chicken for the other half or pay an upcharge for spicy lamb meatballs. They didn’t even offer to wait for any of the items to be refilled. If the customer service would’ve been better the food quality would’ve been as disappointing. Hope this is just an off night and not the norm I was fortunate enough to miss my previous visit.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting CAVA in Raleigh today, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the delicious aroma of fresh Mediterranean ingredients. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff really took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions. We each built our own bowls, and every bite was a burst of vibrant flavor – from the perfectly seasoned proteins to the crisp veggies and tangy dressings. The harissa honey chicken and spicy lamb meatballs were standouts, and the skhug and garlic dressing combo? Pure magic. We left feeling satisfied, energized, and already planning our next visit. If you're in Raleigh and craving something healthy, bold, and incredibly tasty, CAVA is a must. This place takes fast-casual dining to a whole new level.

Been craving this place since I left as the food is fresh and there are so many options! I got their rice right bowl with chicken and tons of veggies, hummus, and feta. When I say it was good, it was so good it was so good! I discovered Cava in Dallas and finally got to try it in Raleigh and I am so glad. It is literally the Chipotle of Mediterranean and there are so many options. I love that they allow you to top it with all those options and even if you get an exact bowl they allow you to customize it with toppings and sides. It was such an amazing experience and I can't wait to go again! Please bring Cava to Fayetteville!!
