CPR is exactly what you hope they are. They fix your broken phones and iPads quickly, honestly, and at a fair price. They are the only place I know in town that will fix an iPad on site (Best Buy or apple will send them out of town). They even checked my battery to make sure it was still fresh while they had my device open. I also saw they offered a service for recovering data from damaged drives. The owner, Jeff, is often at the front desk to greet you and talk you through what they can do. If they are able to repair it while you wait, there’s. Burger-fi, Wegmans, and Trader Joe’s next door, so plenty to do while waiting. Highly recommended!

My phone suddenly died so I went here to see if they could test it and figure out what the problem was. They looked over it but couldn't get it to work or show any signs of life, but later after I went back home it started to work again, so they definitely did something right. The owner also gave some great advice on different phones and if they'd seen repeated issues or which ones they recommended. Most importantly though is that they have an ADORABLE puppy (named Gia I believe) who I got to play a bunch of fetch with.

Accurate estimate, excellent service and customer service. I left 10am and 11 was already ready to pickup. High quality service and products replacement. Highly recommend. Picture before and after.

Summary: I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER ELECTRONICS / IPHONE REPAIR SHOP AFTER THE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD HERE, regardless of pricing, etc. (pricing was extremely fair by the way). Honesty -- Integrity -- Skilled Techs -- High Value/Very Reasonable Prices --Unparalleled Customer Service ... Dan and his team are amazing guys and are THE FIRST PLACE you need to go for phone/computer needs. I don't make statements like this lightly or almost ever (other than Henrys Muffler Shop, but for car stuff they both exceed expectations equally)

I rarely write reviews, despite positive experiences, however, I felt compelled to do so after my experience a week ago.

I lose and break stuff...a lot, and have an iPhone/android graveyard (not bragging) but have had to get broken screens replaced 10+ times, conservatively over the years.

I've worked in customer service for 13 years and worked my way up to management and the customer service here is 1ST RATE, second-to-none. Friendly, honest, skilled/knowledgeable, and all around stand up guys. (Trying to keep this concise)

My phone screen stopped working...just turned green/lines everywhere/ and dead...Long story short Dan and his team are awesome (Amin, thank you!) The initial prognosis after returning (and I'm sure the FINAL answer I would have received from most other places): the damaged part is basically not replaceable (thanks Apple!) or not feasible/more expensive than new phone would be. During my conversation with Dan, the owner, he demonstrated his breadth of knowledge about tech, gave me advice, wasn't trying to sell me on anything, and treated me like family. During this extra time we were speaking (concerning a new MacBook I had purchased), Amin came out from the back and like magic, saved me the cost of a new iphone...just a new *OLED screen which was LESS than a competitor was charging for an LCD screen replacement for the iphone12. Okay so my first google review with words was long, but necessary. (Oh yeah also, they stayed open to assist 30 mins past their closing time and I never felt rushed).

*These guys have the knowhow and skills to repair or advise you on the correct path to take. If you are a tech novice, they will not take advantage, rather educate you. They will not charge you unnecessarily, because I can tell they would much rather build a relationship with their customers, the same way I would in the Financial Services industry. I feel I'm a very sound judge of character: hiring/training/managing employees, and "putting out fires" all day at work. These guys are the real deal - honesty, integrity, and skill. They're efficient and are NOT trying to break your bank...(i.e. their services offer High Value!) I know I would not rather Save $10 to have shoddy work and/or potentially substandard product.

SUMMARY For PHONE COMPUTER TECH REPAIRS, COME HERE FIRST...if you don't like it, then venture elsewhere. I will always use them as a benchmark for reasonable service cost and as you can see from their 1k+ 5 star reviews, the quality they offer is rarely a concern.

Dan and the rest of your team: Thank you for making this process as easy and painless as possible. You have a customer for as long as your shop is around. (Conveniently located right next to Trader Joes off beltline)...

At the time of repair I was assured the new screen has all the same water resistance as the original (1.5 meters for 30 min). Got wet for 30 seconds, entire phone is ruined. Went in to address the issue and was told in so many words they don't assure anything. Impolite and wouldn't even let me finish a single sentence (no I didn't yell, swear, or pull a Karen). $500+ dollars for a "repair" that didn't last.

Couldn't even be bothered to be polite about it, just rolling his eyes like I was crazy for expecting the same results from the "same gaskets and screen Samsung uses," despite my questioning and reassurances BEFORE the repair that this would indeed be just like new, IP68 and all.

Yeah guy, I wasn't doubting the parts, I was doubting the installation.

I will note that the person I dealt with during the original repair was beyond polite and helpful.

Bottom line... If my company charges for a repair that doesn't hold, we do WHATEVER it takes to make it right, even at a loss in that customer. All I even wanted was to cover my insurance deductible of $100. They could keep the other $400 they got out of me.

I was even told about a guarantee of their work if anything happens, but can't find it in writing so lesson learned I guess.

If they had said upfront that there was no assurances on the IP68 rating I never would've done the repair to begin with. By the attitude and conversation I can only assume this isn't the first time this issue has come up. Sounded well rehearsed.

I've used this phone extensively underwater from the manufacturer with no issues. First time it gets wet after the "just like the manufacturer" repair and it's...

I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy on Monday when my LCD screen went out on my phone. I actually ended up at this location by default because I was attempting to find a Sprint store that was previously housed there but they shut down. As soon as I went in without even touching the phone he let me know what the problem was, which I already knew. He also quoted a price immediately and told me how I should approach Samsung because I told him that I had the same issue with the screen less than 12 months ago. When I called Samsung they told me I was out of warranty. What impressed me the most was the amount of empathy and compassion he had for me because at this time I was distraught. I later bought another phone from Offer Up to serve as my loaner phone because with the advice Jeremy armed me with I was able to get Samsung to agree to fix my phone. When I met the guy who sold me my now "back up" phone we began to talk about the issues I experienced. I told him about Jeremy who helped me so much. Would you believe that the guy I bought the phone from said he had many experiences with Jeremy and equally spoke as high about him as I did!!! This shows what a great person Jeremy is and although I hope not to have any more phone issues. In the event that I do, I will not take my phone to anyone except Jeremy at...
