I have never in my life been so disrespected by the owner of a business establishment and his employee. I went to Domino's Pizza on six forks road in Raleigh NC store number 7315, to make an order for a large pizza. At first, everything was going well, and then I asked how long the pizza would be finished, and the gentleman said 20 minutes. I said ok then sat in my car about 30 minutes, and it still wasn't made, not done but made. I overheard the lady, saying to the guy, making the pizza, "Can you make her pizza?" She told me 7 more minutes. I said ok then got back in my car, sat there about 25 more minutes. I got out and asked if it ready she says no but stated they only got one oven working, but I'm watching other orders going out, and people who came after me were getting their orders. I told her that I have to pick my son up from daycare, which I didn't want to pay a late fee for being late. She had an attitude then says it's coming out, then asked the guy packing it up, did I pay for it. I responded back and said, "Are you serious? Of course I paid for it. You have to pay before it's being made." I asked for the manager. He was the rudest business owner I have ever seen in my life. He cut me off and told me not to come back. He really makes Domino's Pizza look bad. I can imagine how he treats his employees. He also accused me of stealing a pizza. I told him I paid for my pizza and you know this. I then said, "Give me my money back. He asked me for my name, pulled me right up and gave me my money. I asked for corporate information. This isn't my first time here and I wanted to give it a second chance but I will never go back and I hope this reaches the CEO of Domino's because its there name and I know this behavior can't be the model of this company. My only suggestion for improving the Online Ordering is to add an additional "Special Instructions" area for the food ordering part and not just under the "Delivery Instructions"!
Otherwise, Keep up the Great Work, Awesome Pizza & Deserts (Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes).... YUM!!!! :)
Awesome pizza as always and an excellent online ordering experience! My only complaint is that this is the now the 3rd time that they did NOT follow my "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" which is, and has ALWAYS been on my Domino's online account! I Specifically have in my "Special Instructions" that: "I WANT PARCHMENT PAPER UNDER EACH PIZZA" before it is put into the box. But once again, they did NOT do this for either pizza! Never used to have an issue with this except with my last (including this one) 3 online orders! I know it sounds strange, but I hate having my slices rip because they are stuck to the bottom of the box as well as having to peel the melted cheese off the bottom of the box!!! Parchment Paper prevents this, and it also keeps the crust from getting hard!!!
BTW - I LOVE Domino's the best because it is the ONLY pizza delivery place that has the Brooklyn Style Crust!!!! This is the BEST Crust!!!.... oh yea... and I LOVE your Chocolate Lava Crunch...
Read moreHoly smokes guys… I never do a review unless my experience is either excellent or disgraceful. And let me tell you, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a pizza place. The female who clams to be the manager (the one giving me the bird) was extremely disrespectful along with the young boy on the pizza line making pizzas. They were putting their hands in their pockets then touching the pizzas!! Grabbing their phone which they probably hold while using the bathroom then making YOUR FOOD!! The part that got me was when I told the young man, “you just touched your eye and then grabbed the cheese? Really?” he then told me he didn’t touch his eye AS IF I DIDN’T JUST WARCH HIM DO IT!! They both walked to the back, made jokes about me and my girl friend and then laughed at us the whole time we waited for our lousy pizza. This specific store is so beyond the health code I am also contacting the health department and as far as their “welcoming” customer service, it doesn’t exist. They make you feel unwanted the moment you walk in. I don’t even want to eat the pizza I’m looking at knowing they walked to the back and rubbed their hands on dirty stuff before making my food because I called them out for being out right NASTY! For any REAL manager who reads this, the time was 4:40pm and you can check the cameras to see I’m not making this up. NASTY FOOD & NASTY ATTITUDES. And yes, I put in a report with corporate online.
