Horrible customer service and complete incompetence!! Ordered a pizza to my hotel room which I've done dozens of times and my order said completed on the app and no delivery ever came. Called the store and when I asked about my order, the person who answered immediately huffed and puffed and said the driver called me multiple times (never happened) and that shouldn't matter either way because every pizza delivery driver in the history of ordering brings the order into the lobby and calls up to the room from the phone in the lobby. Never had this issue or the nasty attitude. The manager was rude, nasty, and told me if I called corporate she would "tell them whatever she wanted and then she would end up calling me"!! Who talks to customers like that? I have no idea how she is employed there. I've worked customer service for 20 years and this store will go out of business if they keep treating customers like this. Based on the other reviews I've read this isn't the first time its happened. If corporate reviews these they really have a management issue at this store. The manager also told the other employees in the background to hang up on me because I simply wanted her name so I can call their corporate office and all of them refused to give it to me including her. Like it's a big secret? Everyone had name tags and that's part of customer service, not a security risk. Last time I checked business cards for managers have names on them? Just another rude tactic by nasty managers to make it more difficult for customers to complain about their terrible service. My order #: was 1240.
After this experience I will never order from...
Read moreI wish I could give this location zero stars. After googling my zip code, I placed an order for pizza and waited over an hour, only to find out that my order was canceled because I had accidentally placed it at the wrong location—Poyner Village. I had to call around to find the correct store.
When I contacted this location, I spoke with Dennis, the manager, who was unfortunately very rude and dismissive. I explained what had happened and asked if this was the correct store. Dennis brushed me off and was disrespectful, claiming he was not being rude, and even told me, "if you want me to be rude, I will." I asked for his name, and he yelled "Dennis." Frustrated, I immediately hung up.
I then called the Poyner Village store, who kindly allowed us to come in and pick up the pizza, as my 3-year-old grandson was waiting and had fallen asleep.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution when dealing with Dennis. His behavior suggests issues with professionalism, behavioral control, and anger management. This is unacceptable from a manager, and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State.
I believe the owner of this store can do much better in ensuring respectful treatment of customers. I hope this feedback prompts a review of staff conduct at...
Read moreSep 2018: Quick, friendly, helpful. Every time we order the Pizza or Pizzas are prepared well, good temperature, fresh toppings. Absolutely love the crust. Update Oct 2020: This Domino's is fast, efficient, and cooks perfectly, every time. Generous with plates, napkins, and cheese/pepper packets. Update May 2021: Food was hot and ready, people were friendly, smiled, brought it to me, and thanked me for being their customer. Best service of any Dominos we use, and in general best service of any similar restaurant in the area. Update Nov 2022: This restaurant does a FANTASTIC job. Truly, consistently the best Dominos type restaurant in the area, but I really miss being able to have the option of getting plates and napkins. I don't mind being charged for them if you must, but having to make a 2nd stop for plates is frustrating. Complaint to corporate: I had my order complete, and realized it was set to the wrong restaurant. When I changed restaurants, the order was completely killed, because this restaurant had a different coupon? Very strange. The web page did not remember anything of my previous order. Also, why did you take away the option of double cheese? Why did you start charging for extra sauce or extra cheese, even if I didn't use up all my toppings on the order?...
