Be us, 2 regular late 20's human beings just looking to find a place nearby to grab a bite and a beer and watch some basketball. Sit down, talk, laugh, enjoy bustling Saturday night crowd. Enter Lisa. She took almost ten minutes to take our beverage order, and another ten to take our food order. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Order fish and chips, side salad, and appetizer of buffalo wings. Salad came out with the horrendous excuse of a fish and chips meal, not to mention she brought me potato chips instead of the fries I requested. She left the dish with me, meaning I had to eat the fish immediately instead of enjoying the salad. Cause nothing screams second most expensive item on the menu like lukewarm fried fish. Fries were brought out later. When asking for the check and box for leftovers, I requested the six dollar shredded lettuce ”side salad” be removed and was met with enormous defense. Almost ten minutes went by, she walked past our table more than a few times, and we had to request the check again. After finally bringing it over...What do you know...She charged us for the fries. It was a mistake to give this place another shot. Over priced food that is a salt shake away from being an absolute shame, and service that...Well it wasn't service. It was ridiculous. A tradgedy. A joke. Avoid...

I stopped in for lunch last weekend and when I walked in the place was empty, I stood at the door waiting to be acknowledged while two girls chatting ignored me. Eventually, I said, do I sit anywhere, and once said yes. A couple minutes go by they continue to ignore me. I get up and retrieve my own menu that was sitting at another table. I quickly figured out what I wanted, I put the menu down and looked at them. They still ignored me. Two people walk in I guess they’ve been there before they knew to just sit down. They immediately stop chatting to go help them while I am still sitting there, waiting to get acknowledged in an empty restaurant. After they helped them, they still ignored me! I walked out. Now I’ve been places where service isn’t always the greatest, but I have never been ignored and basically refused service like that. Let’s just say that was my first...

Wife was getting her nails done up the street, looking for something different than fast food for a quick bite. Was looking online and the pictures and price seemed legit. I have to admit this was my own fault for the menu I looked at being 2 years old but I ordered a sandwich that was 13 bucks which came with fries and a side of chips 4 bucks because I couldn't decide on their chips or fries. I was thinking 16 to 20 bucks. Guy rang me up and brought me my bill. 27 and change. I was shocked. I looked at their website not the pictured menu and yes a 2 year increase from 13 to 16.99 and 4 to 8 bucks for a side. Great sandwich, small portion though, great chips kinda like a ribbon fry yet not worth 28...
