Everything at this location has been great Sara the barista has always been awesome with her service and very prompt but finally after so many pleasant experiences I've finally encountered the worst experience ever I order a teavana chai tea and got rung up for a venti chai tea latte which was not what I ordered causing the line to build beyond 5 cars. After I order my venti iced cafe Mocha which under BOGO comes with a second that I was told isn't covered until I corrected the young lady whom supposed to be training during a promotional rush hour -_- just to get to window and be handed one iced cafe Mocha and had to ask about my second which I was told by "MYA" that is was going to be made. That should've already been done what had I pulled off without that second one I would have to come back my time and gas right. Then I proceed to use my 50 stars out of my rewards to cover the chai tea to be told the young lady rung up the chai tea as a latte and it couldn't be covered with my rewards so I said cancel the chai and still let me have my mocha bc allegedly there were no tea bags for regular chai which could've previously been stated smdh. As I wait on second mocha I'm asked to pull forward as I do I notice that my first venti mocha only had 2 pumps of mocha but by standard venti is 4pumps not including the 2 extras that I asked for. So I proceed to just return the only drink received back inside as I'm met by "MYA" who I inform I'd like a refund at this point but instead proceeds to process to customers whom weren't before me all the while the new young lady barista in drive thru proceeds to offer the venti chai latte that she rung up wrong to the lobby for free and never once offered it to me and my girlfriend whom have now spent a hour a Starbucks and will make sure that MYA is reported to Melissa as a customer you should never have a supposed to be manager tell you to hush to get your refund all the while laughing in my face as there has been some joke made. I will be here everyday until I see Melissa and this girl on shift and I hope she has the same energy. I have photos and videos as well so hope she has great search of new employment after I go next step to her hr. Sad to think I had a job interview here Saturday thank you Sarah. I'm glad there is another Starbucks down towards Knightdale. Sad I spend her paycheck her in a week to be treated with such disregard as a customer. I hope Rachel watches this incident unfold on camera and all of the mistakes made by the drive thru barista and negative attitude by the team leader "Mya". Read moreI like to come here to enjoy the drinks Starbucks has to offer because I live nearby, but nobody seems to be properly trained on the recipes. The cold brew always tastes like it was brewed wrong, they give you the end of the nitro keg, let it drain into your cup and start a new one. They always either forget to add the right amount of syrup/no syrup. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year. Half the time I come here my drinks are wrong, and I don’t want to wait ten minutes for it to be fixed so I just don’t drink them, and avoid the snotty customer service.. after spending ten plus dollars there. What’s up with that?? Sometimes I come in, and the baristas on register will ignore me while having conversations amongst themselves. I still tip- but coming here this morning while having a nice and friendly girl taking my order, I’m conflicted. Half the time my experience is great and the other half it’s awful. She was so friendly but there was no syrup in my coffee, again... good thing I can drink a plain latte... I’d travel to knightdale but that one is almost as bad. Read moreI have always given this location a 5 star. They've always had wonderful staff and coffee orders were always consistent. However,, the past few months with a change of staff, I've received my Tall Blonde Americano with sugar and cream inconsistently about 90% of the time. A very simple order...yet they fail to get it right. Although the staff are sweet, I am not sure if they are being fully trained. I've been going to this location since they opened and just recently(last several months) have I stopped going as much and choose to make coffee at home. Almost $3 I expect to have my coffee done correctly...and they know they can count on me....they will sometimes even finish our order....yet fail to make it correctly. I posted today bc I'm a bit frustrated with them. Again, sweet people, but they need some more experienced bistras at this location....its a very busy one....so correct orders are a must.
