Firehouse Subs Bent Tree — Restaurant in Raleigh

POOR SERVICE! Got into a verbal argument with who supposedly was the “manager” on duty! I called to ask a couple questions about an order placed through Grubhub, she told me they still had the food at their location. I asked her was the food going to be cold upon arrival, she cut me off to say “call Grubhub!” I was attempting to explain to her that Grubhub has nothing to do with the food being cold. She continued to be aggressive so I then asked to speak to a manager. She explained to me that she was a manager, then said again “call Grubhub, BYE!” I called back to get her name so I could call corporate, they ignored the first 2 calls. I called back and a male answered the phone. He pretended as if he could not hear me so I hung up and called back. I then called back and she got on the phone, immediately cut me off to say “I don’t have to give you my name! Call corporate I don’t care”. I will NEVER return to any firehouse subs locations! I’ve never received such poor customer service behind me simply asking a question about whether or not my food would be cold. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! I will be contacting corporate In...

First and foremost Firehouse Subs are awesome. But I came here on 11/14/2018 around 12:30pm. My first time coming around lunch time.i usually come late in the evening. This particular time 12:30pm is during the lunch hour rush. I waited in line for a very long time, once I ordered the lady didn’t even give me the receipt in my hand she dropped it beside my hand n walked away. Waited another 15-20 minutes for them to realize that they had skipped my Sub mind you I’m standing literally in front of them. So She quickly made it and handed it to me. Got home only to realize she forgot the tomatoes on my sub, the lettuce looked old and she forgot my pickle. If I didn’t stay on the other side of town I would of took it back but I just trashed it because I was so upset. Definitely won’t go back during Lunch hours. Here's the main problem.... The sandwiches are getting smaller. I ordered a medium club on a sub... Big mistake. I ate the entire sandwich in one bite. I hold meat with bigger girth every single morning when I relieve myself, and maybe the length is the same as usual but these sandwiches are getting THIN. I know it could have been worse though, I could have ordered a small. I honestly feel like the process of eating this sandwich used up more calories in my body than I actually gained from the product. I ate three cliff bars on the way home from here.

I don't believe any fire fighters have been helped by firehouse subs and I think it's a bad idea to have asbestos covered fire suits hanging up where I'm trying to eat.
