I regret that my husband and I went out yesterday during the pandemic for subpar food and to be treated poorly. Our company has been getting weekly catering from Jason’s and I thought the food was good, so I thought we should check them out in person. Nope. Nope nope nope. I wish we hadn’t wasted our time. Everyone there was incredibly rude, disinterested in doing even the simplest of tasks, and in an over all bad mood. The cashier was especially rude, being impatient with us ordering even though it was our first time ordering in the restaurant, and loudly tapping on the register/slamming his hand down for punctuation. When the mask is covering up most of your face, maybe you should make more of an effort to not roll your eyes at your customers? So then we walked by the open salad bar (one trip salad bar...but still...incredibly weird to have open during a pandemic!) and sat ourselves down to wait for our food after a woman from the kitchen cut me off and sped off to care for something on the bar. Our food was served to us and I was given one dirty spoon with food still on it to eat both my tomato soup and macaroni and cheese with. I had to get up and go ask for a spoon and a fork. I had half a roast beef sandwich. The roast beef was good, even though the sandwich was all over the plate. My husband’s fountain drink cost more than my macaroni and cheese (overpriced much?), and the Mac n cheese was, basically, Kraft Mac n cheese. Worse than Kraft. At least Kraft doesn’t have a cardboard aftertaste. I wish we had gone to McAlister’s Deli and gotten theirs instead - At least they don’t just get a pack of dried cheese product and mix it into some noodles! My husband’s sandwich was also pathetic looking. I don’t understand what I’ve been reading in their advertising about generously packed sandwiches. My tomato soup was room temperature. The atmosphere was just incredibly uncomfortable. I’m going to tell my company that we need to change where we get our weekly catering from - I don’t trust what might be going on in the...

My husband ordered the potato soup because he hasn't been feeling well and a baked potato for me. When he got home the potato was fine but the cup of soup was broccoli cheddar. He brought it back to the store and told them the mistake. They were out of potato soup. They said they tried to call but no answer, this from a young lady with green hair. This was not true since I was home and the phone did not ring and there is no missed call. From what I understand this all turned into a argument with one person saying they are just a cook, it's not her fault they don't have items. The manager came over, Cleveland Bethea (or close to it) and told my husband he needed to respect the woman working there. Even though they weren't showing my husband any respect. The manager at some point told my husband he would clock out and he could take it out to the parking lot and settle it. Needless to say other customers that were eating in heard the whole thing. There was another guy working there trying to defuse the argument. This guy finally said he would remove the charges from our account. As my husband was leaving the manager and the woman were laughing about it. This all because of a cup of soup!!! You have lost a couple customers, we usually order something once a week sometimes twice. The days of respect for the customer and the older adults are a thing...

If you have ever been to Jason's then you know how delicious a deli can really be. If you've never been here before the get closer to your screen cause I got a secret to tell but I'm only telling you ok? 4R!

Jason has lost his mind! Nobody in this place understands portion control! If you are not lumberjack hungry then go ahead and ask for a To go box when you place your order. You are gonna need it. If in the other hand you could eat a horse, well don't sit in any of the booths. You are gonna need the expansion room.

I know what you're thinking. Sure you could opp for the salad bar and save the stuffing for Thanksgiving turkey right? WRONG!! The salad bar is HUGH! At least 20 items to choose from. And I can already tell that you are gonna choose most of them simply because you can! Warning!!!! Don't get the apple slices on the bar. Don't do it. Not even one. These thing are so dang good they will mess you up. You will get caught trying to snuggle the dish they are in.

The only thing I found bad about Jason's is the fact that for some reason they will not let you stay after closing hours. Oh, they also won't let you get your soft-serve...

This place was just ok. Fairly expensive as well, roughly $19 for a regular sized sandwich and an 8oz cup of soup. I thought this was a privately owned deli, but seemed more like a chain upon entry. I ordered a Reuben and a chicken noodle soup. The corned beef on the Reuben was rubbery, reminded me of uncooked turkey bacon (tasted similar too); the bread was soft and had good flavor though, which was honestly the best part of the sandwich. Chicken soup wasn't bad, although it was very high in sodium (better than watery though IMO). The broth was thicker and tasted much more like the red broth from vegetable soup than your traditional chicken noodle. Only 1 piece of chicken in the cup. It looks like they had a pretty large salad bar as well, which might have been a better choice. Probably won't go back, but if by some chance I do, I'd probably try the salad bar over the sandwiches.

Update so 2nd visit definitely warrants 5 stars. I am becoming addicted to the croissant. Sandwich has lots of meat. Everything nice and fresh. Owner reached out to make 1st visit right wins my business. Overall it wasn't bad. The best part was the croissant. Nice and flaky and not saturated in butter. 1st time in Jason's deli. I've had it before but because my job ordered us lunch. Not a big sub eater. As you can see from picture a few crumbles of bacon and onion just on one portion of the sandwich, the other half was the same. I like my sandwiches to to have the same ingredients on the entire thing.🤔Maybe thats just me. Bananas peppers were really dry and hard so pulled them off as you can see. I hate when restaurants don't seem ventilated enough so you come out with smelling like you were next to a grill. Cashier friendly as I figured out what to get.

I’ve loved Jason’s for many years but this location has just about ruined it for me. The food wasn’t bad but the entire restaurant was filthy. We counted at least 12 tables that were empty but hadn’t been bussed from the previous patrons. Food on the floor around most tables and the salad bar and ice cream area looked as if they hadn’t been wiped down all day. I looked up occasionally to see why no one was coming to clean the tables, especially since there were three couples in the entire restaurant including us. Almost an hour went by as we ate and still no one came to clean before we left. Employees were just hanging out up front on their phones and seemed to show no concern for the cleanliness of the restaurant. Do better, no excuses.
