Not too long ago my grandmother who just turned 80 years old today had the worst experience at this location. My grandma had never had Jersey Mike’s before and wanted to try it today for the first time. We walked in and there was a puddle of water on the ground where my grandmother almost slipped and fell. The sales associate that goes by “T” came and got the water up. Once “T” was finished he came around and asked us what type of sandwiches we wanted. My grandmother expressed she couldn’t have anything spicy because of her condition. So I asked the sales associate who told me he goes by T that he only has packets of spicy mustard. I said she couldn’t have spicy. He then proceeded to tell me that “I should already know as a customer that it’s a corporation decision not his decisions about the packets of mustard and they don’t use regular. I expressed to the sales associate that he didn’t have to make the sandwiches. I felt his attitude was intolerable and uncalled for. I will never ever go back to this location again!!! I had to drive to another location to get my grandmother her dinner.

Read moreThe woman taking orders at the counter today is as rude as rude gets. My husband ordered me a grilled veggie wrap. It wasn't grilled at all. I brought it back to the counter and she asked "What's wrong"? She was so annoyed with me. I told her that it wasn't grilled and attempted to hand it to her. She then told me that she couldn't take my sandwich back. Another employee made me a new one and was very nice and apologetic. Other people in line were also complaining about the rude service and lack of organization. I know this place hasn't been open long, but that's no excuse to be rude to customers. Read moreThe food was great!! I love the location. Employees were great except the cashier. She started off to a good start by offering me the rewards which was great and she actually smiled and provided decent customer service. The problem was that they gave me the wrong size sub and I brought it to her attention and she made me feel like it was my fault with her tone of voice and I never got a apology for mixing up my order. There has to be friendly workers interacting with the customers. Overall I got what I came for and the good thing that she did do was offer me the rewards. Your store is new and I'm sure you will continue to improve and develop. No hard feelings. I have no problem...
