HUGE NOTE: I think I did a review of here, their main issues are inconsistent hiring/performance, but for the most part they were acceptable for a Mcdonald location. NOW, not the case AT ALL. Went there, no one there, two guys working the night shift alone which isn't unusual. Except they aren't really wearing proper uniform, having bags and stuff all over, and don't seem experienced or trained well at all. They're struggling to get my drink made, fumbling around, talking to themselves like they're high or something.
5 minutes go by and there's 4+ cars behind me already, and he tells me to go around to spot #1. I wait probably like 10 minutes as they struggle to get even one order to the people at the window, which I can see through the other side of the building through a window. They eventually bring me my order, it's completely wrong and excluded the happy meal I ordered, so I give it back, but he seems oblivious to what my mobile order even is and has to look at my phone.
He brings it back a few minutes later, the line of cars is now 6+ long, they can't even get one order done in 5 - 8 minutes, when usually they'd do a few in that timeframe easily. Now, I don't exclusively blame these two guys, and the third that was on break just before closing time for some reason. I blame the building owner, the managers, whoever thought it'd work out that night to meet that 11 PM quota, with guys who are obviously new to the job and are struggling like hell without any supervisor or experienced crew member.
I got enough of my order right to just leave, they still got my order wrong, but I got 90% of what I wanted, plus extra stuff I didn't want at first, which is funny to me. Again, shame on the people who manage that location, you might as well close it if you can't even meet that 11 PM closing time, close at 9 PM for all I care, if you don't have the people needed to maintain the location to some basic...
Read moreI don't usually go to McDonald's after 8 am because I only eat breakfast. I said I would wait before writing this review because I don't really eat here often enough but after contacting corporate, I decided that since they won't do anything, I will just have to leave a review and not come back. As you all can see, the hours for the drive-thru are supposed to be 6a-11 pm. I have been to this location SEVERAL times well after opening time before going in to work & they still can't take orders or aren't ready. Just yesterday, I went at 7:05 am and the drive-thru attendant said they wouldn't be open for another 25 minutes. I'm not sure what makes them late or if they are understaffed or whatever but a simple time change in their hours would really go a long way. I am only giving a 2-star review because the lady who wears the turbans is so polite and friendly, she is always really kind even though I get there basically at 6:55a or 7:00a.. But lately, I haven't seen her or even been able to order. I let it slide the first 3 times but after yesterday, I was honestly heated because I have to wake up early to get breakfast like most of us and it's really just a waste of time... This has also happened once before when they say they are 24 hours Thursday-Sunday for DRIVE THRU ONLY... I went at 10:30 for my roommate and they didn't say anything even though the lights were on inside... 10:30 is not even their normal closing time so I am just not sure who is in there running the show.
Edit: corporate called me last week to apologize and assured me that GM would be there every morning with his staff. Of course, I didn't believe him. Tried it Monday and Today at 7:05... the Same issue, "we won't be open till 7:30" …
So literally change the freaking hours on the website... it's not that hard. Annoying, that was my last time. I rather starve and Im sure they'd love it if...
Read moreI was having difficulty placing a mobile order with a free item used by my points (I was in store). The young lady ringing up (later found out it was the manager on duty) told me just to "submit it" and they'd figure it out. I tried to tell her my free item was not on there yet but she told me to submit anyway. So I did. And I was charged for the FULL meal and my free item came separately which I did not want. She proceeded to tell me that she never told me to submit and that I did it wrong. I tried to explain to her I did exactly as I was told despite telling her it wasn't ready and she began yelling at me. I told her firmly, without yelling back, that she will not yell at me nor will she have this attitude with me. She threw a tantrum and stormed out of the store yelling to the rest of her staff "I can't deal with this. You all need to deal with this". Mind you, NONE of the other staff were managers. No one knew what to do. And I felt so bad for them. They began apologizing for their managers behavior, which is so sad to see. An employee should never be put into a position to have to apologize on behalf of their manager and should never be put in a position to take over managers duties in such a way. Needless to say, I still had to pay full price AND I lost the 6000 points from the app I used on top of being treated as...
