I ordered pizza and wings from this location. When I get home I realize the entire order was incorrect--Pork on the pizza as well. The receipt clearly states beef, but they loaded it with bacon and ham (I am allergic). I return my pizza and wings to the location to be met by a(n) obviously DRUNKEN 'manager' Aaron, who--through slurred speech, refuses to take the pizza back. He then stated he'll give me a 'free' pizza and go away or he'll call the police??? TF... I reminded him that he had my order behind the window I already paid for-- He said he'll throw in a mountain dew to replace my wings and threatened me to leave or else. All I wanted was my pizza and wings done correctly! If he refuses to give me my food, why not just give me my money??? After refusing to give me my food, or my money back; after requesting to speak with someone coherent, after for 5 minutes plus making a spectacle if himself to a snickering audience--the workers watch their drunken manager in amazement. Customers and myself amazed and laughing AT him--not with him. He reluctantly allowed someone to speak--at that point. I just wanted to get my money back and leave. The employee was kind enough to ATTEMPT to rectify the situation accordingly. His boss refused to give me my wings back--again--after the employee attempting to give them to me. He reaches in his pocket, Taking out 4$ of HIS OWN money, he apologizes for his bosses behavior, and wished me a goodnight. Although my order was more expensive then 4$--I took it and left vowing never to return! This guy was so drunk he probably won't rememeber that he kept MY food, kept MY MONEY, and threatened me--by sunrise! #ScamArtistPapa Two things I regret tonight--Ordering from Papa John's!, And leaving my phone at home to capture and plaster this drunken fool all over social! #PapaPlease...
Read morePlaced the order online. Called the store because our school’s team is visiting for a tournament and want to make sure that the address instruction is clear.
First of all, I asked who I am speaking with to use as referrence. She responded with “I don’t give out.” I was surprised with the response and was confused as to why? So I just went about the order # and would like to double check if the instruction is clear as we are a visiting team.
Secondly, she told me I gave the wrong address. I mentioned the online ordering gave me all the options for NC State University and let me chose the buidling. Her response was, “Well we need the exact address.” I told her, “I don’t know and she should request the head office to change and require the exact address instead of choosing options.”
Thirdly, she said she will look it up for me then she went back and dropped my call.
I called back a guy now answered, I asked for the name of the lady I spoke with who just dropped my call. Placed on hold and she answered now saying, “Sorry, the call got disconnected.”
I am talking to her about her behavior and she refused to listen and just kept talking that she corrected the address.
After asking me if there is anything she can do for me, I told her I want to talk to her behavior in dealing with customers. Her response was, “Thank you for your call. Bye.”
Here I am calling and talking nicely, excited for a game tomorrow. Then someone will just drop their attitude on you. I don’t care if you are having a bad day. Learn to deal and separate your personal feelings when you are in...
Read moreA week ago I ordered 2 pizzas, one was a spinach alfredo deluxe no bacon and the other was a Jalapeño and black olive pizza. When the pizza came it had bacon on it. I called and they told me that they would put a free pizza on my account.
I called today at 3 and tried to place an order over the phone. The phone was picked up with a person who still had a lot of trouble navigating the Point of Sales Machine. How does Papa John's "Fast Delivery" work with untrained employees like him?
I told him I had a coupon and I would like to redeem it. He put me on hold while he went to get his manager. After almost 5 minutes the assistant manager picks up the phone and tells me that since they have no record of it they cannot give it to me. WHAT? I GOT CHARGED 34 DOLLARS FOR ONE EDIBLE PIZZA? Employees here have consistently shown inability to do menial tasks as log a mistake.
At the end of the day Papa Johns robbed me of a pizza. This place cheats it's customers and provides poor customer service. I would...
