We had moved our son into his apartment at NC State, and grabbed a quick dinner before heading back home. It’s definitely a bar environment, but the food? Wow! We ended up going late, but the portions, the ingredients, and the taste were spot on. You’re gonna think this is silly, but they had to be the best french fries I’ve had anywhere! I love when they put the crispiness on the outside, these were cooked perfectly. The salads were simple, we had regular and Greek, great dressing, very flavorful. My sons calzone was huge! He said it tasted great as well. He said that it was going to be one of his favorite spots to eat. Just a reminder when you go in you have to order upfront and then try to find a seat. We grabbed a table in the back, but there was plenty of outdoor seating, and it was all covered. Cannot wait to try the wings, maybe a Philly cheesesteak next time. Oh, and they had a 97 score, which was great!

Overall: 5.1/10 The restaurant offers a pleasant setting with ample outdoor dining, though the exterior isn't particularly striking. The efficient takeout service and user-friendly website add to the convenience. Atmosphere: 5.1/10 While the exterior isn’t spectacular, the venue makes the most of its space with a good dining setup outside, creating a decent environment for patrons. Service: 5.5/10 The takeout service was prompt, with food ready on time, and the website was easy to navigate for online ordering, enhancing the overall customer experience. Cheese Pizza: 5.1/10 An average offering at best, this pizza suffers from a floppy texture and unremarkable taste, which does not justify the higher price point. Mozzarella Sticks: 6.3/10 These stand out due to their large size and good seasoning, providing a zesty and cheesy snack that's reasonably priced and more memorable than the pizza.

The food was SO GOOD!! I’m surprised I haven’t eaten here before. I had assumed that it was just a pizza place, but more than half of the menu is other delicious entrees. Our starter was the Famous Shark Bites, which were PERFECTLY crispy mahi bites with a stupendous remoulade to dip them in. We ordered the Ruckus White pizza, the poke bowl, and sushi. The pizza was perfectly crispy, and I love ricotta and roasted garlic. Some may be wary of the quality of sushi at a place with pizza in the name, but trust that it was genuinely delicious and on par with great sushi restaurants around here. I don’t think every Ruckus location has sushi/poke, and I’m really glad this one does. My poke bowl was my favorite piece, with so much color and flavor and a huge portion size. I’m excited to come back and try more of the menu.

So can I start out by saying that the blue cheese is the best I've ever had in my entire life! I REALLY did not want to leave a bad review because I want to come back, but I did not like my server. Last night was my third day in a row coming for the wings. Rukkus wings are the FREAKING BEST! I also love the fact that they are open until 2 am.. That's rare here in Raleigh- everything closes soOoOo early. My server, Nate (whom I found out his name after another customer sitting next to me watched me try to get his attention and was IGNORED- said quietly- his name is Nate), is rude and not very accommodating. He told me they didn't take Apple Pay when I started to open a tab and was prepared to watch me leave before another employee from the front said he could ring me up. (Thank you, by the way :)) So Nate held my driver's license just in case I stole $35 worth of food.. I asked for celery, and he said they ran out without checking. I worked 12 hours yesterday. The highlight of my night was to eat at Rukkus- my experience was very disappointing- Nate is rude.. I don't think he enjoys his job. I asked the guy in the front (who told Nate THE RESTAURANT DOES take Apple Pay) if they had celery, and they ACTUALLY DID- so I was able to take some home. A s s w h o l e- I still tipped him $5- I always assume my service is bad because they think black people don't tip. He DEFINITELY...

My friend and I went here for lunch yesterday and had the worst service ever. We sat at the end of the bar, and everyone working there clearly saw us come in. One female worker walked to the end of the bar where we were, put up a box, walked away from us and went to the other end of the bar and took someone else’s order. About five minutes went by. A gentleman sat down a few seats to my right and a male bartender went up to him and took his order even though he clearly got there after us. He ordered a water. We still had no drinks. No menus. Nothing. Not even a hello. As if that wasn’t bad enough, another female server went up to him and admitted she saw him get his order taken but wanted to make sure he didn’t want anything other than a water. So he’s already been offered TWO drinks and it’s been almost ten minutes and we still haven’t even been greeted. So disappointing. As we were getting up to leave, a male bartender stops us, and asked what were drinking. Had he not, we would’ve left. Our pizza took forever. People who got there after us got their food before us. And I’ve worked in the service industry. Our order wasn’t complicated enough to take any longer than anyone else’s. We will not be coming back. So...
