I frequently stop here multiple days a week and definitely miss it when I cannot. Best cinnamon latte anywhere in the Triangle- hands down.
Andrew is always welcoming and friendly with everyone and the baristas are upbeat and dedicated to ensuring the drinks are excellent.
Couldnāt possibly count all the drinks Iāve had here, but Iāve never once thought, āOh, this one didnāt turn out right. Better ask them to check it/ remake it.ā And I donāt judge if that happens occasionally somewhere. The consistency is a win because I can get my coffees and head to the office knowing Iāll have great coffee to get me through the morning (and one for after lunch!)
I like the friendly vibe even though Iām usually there 3 minutes max. Itās something that is missing from some of the other quality shops in town - the feeling that youāre welcome there and theyāre glad you came in, youāre not a bother to the baristas.
The location is convenient and my only minor gripe is that Iād love to go on weekends. But being next to a bank and attached to a business office park building, itās not the type of place that would get much traffic on weekends. I can just look longingly at it from Sushi Mon and wait for Monday. :)
Five stars- easily. Very pleased with this shop, the owner, the two baristas who work hard to be efficient and friendly, and the whole vibe. But mainly the consistently high quality oat milk cinnamon latte-...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place was fine the coffee itself was really smooth. Not a huge selection which is fine just limited on options. The service was interesting not bad per say but kinda stand off ish and seemed a little annoyed at asking a basic question like what the wifi passcode was and then proceed to go and sit down with what I assumed is a partner of theirs. Maybe on a break time? Not sure but non the less short to speak to. Iām used to going to coffee shops with very friendly people so just a little odd to me. The inside was cute I did some work and the place seemed to have a good number of power outlets. I wouldnāt say Iād frequent this place again. I wanted to try somewhere new, maybe just donāt stick around and grab and go is more for this place. This place is relatively new so maybe theyāre working out some things still. Not to sure but overall was just ok. Iām sure theyāll be fine as their located in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a solid family business with a laid-back, friendly vibe. The man that work there (the owner?) is greatāsuper welcomingābut the lady at the counter doesnāt quite match the same energy.
The coffee was good, but for me, their classic Indian chai, which they only made for an anniversary celebration, is the standout. It was so good, but sadly, they decided not to keep it on the menu because it's too time-consuming to make. They do offer a chai latte, but I find it too sweet, and it doesnāt even compare to the anniversary chai. Itās a bit strange to introduce something that gets such a great response and then pull it, especially when people seem to love it.
Also, they charge extra for half-caf coffee, which might make sense from their side, but as a customer, I don't...
