Starbucks — Restaurant in Raleigh

I ordered the spinach, feta, egg white wrap. It was quite good, but cold in the middle. Because they were not able to take it back and out of that item, Nina and Matt worked to give me something new- this time it was warmed to perfection, and something I actually really enjoyed, though I usually don't like pesto much. Matt was really considerate of it being the lunch hour and trying to make things right- I appreciate the kindness in the customer service....

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. My husband picked up my mobile order, and when I opened the drink, it was only half full — and I paid over $9 for it! This wasn’t just a little off, it was a major miss. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order either. I expect better quality control and consistency, especially at these prices. Not sure what’s going on with this location, but it needs serious...

Just a note that this is a brand new Starbucks and it is only a drive thru and walk up window location... I've never seen another Starbucks laid out like this anywhere else. There is no inside cafe area to order or sit. However there is a nice outdoor patio and the wait time is currently much better for mobile order or drive thru than other nearby locations. Staff is friendly and drinks and food are the same as you can expect at...
