Update: I will not be coming here again. This place is a joke. My cheesy Gordita crunch is just a glob of sour cream and a little meat and a pieces of lettuce. See pictures. Plus they were out of Baja blast as usual and I ordered a large nacho fry and got a small and barely filled cup of nacho cheese.
I don’t think I’ll be coming to this one much anymore if at all. They ALWAYS forget to give me something and most of the time I check but sometimes I’m in a rush and forget. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break. It takes almost 10 minutes to get there and 10 minutes back so most of the time I’m out of luck because I don’t have time to go back and when I do go back by the time I actually get back to eat the food is cold. Once I even got a completely different order. They are always out of things. Literally every time I go they are out of a ton of stuff. My roommate says any time he goes they tell him the drive through isn’t working and he has to come in. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because SOME, not all, but some of the employees are nice and friendly but that’s literally the only plus. If it this stuff was a once in a while thing or every so often I wouldn’t be as upset, it happens. But when it is literally every time I go there, it’s a problem and means they’re too busy goofing off than getting the orders right. Half the time the food is cold already and just thrown together. Read moreDrive one mile down the road to the next Taco Bell. This one is awful. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but this location left a really bad taste in my mouth. They always get something wrong and last night solidified my ill-feelings.
I ordered two tacos without sour cream. I mentioned it when ordering the tacos. I noticed it wasn’t listed on the digital board, so I asked a second time for the tacos to not come with sour cream. When I was done ordering everything the cashier asked if everything was displayed correctly. Again, I noticed that “no sour cream” was not noted for the tacos, so I mentioned it for a third time to please not put sour cream on the tacos. I kept my tone calm and asked politely. Immediate attitude from the cashier… a scoff and then a sarcastic “sorry”, which really threw me off guard.
When I pulled up to the window, all seemed fine. We were talking about how I was okay with sour cream on the other items I had ordered, just not the tacos. Thought we were all on the same page.
Well. Got home. Both tacos had sour cream. Went immediately in the trash. Can’t help but feel like it was done on purpose. Especially since at that point, we had talked about it 4 times.
I’m not looking for high quality customer service. I am fine with someone being rude to me… people have bad days. We all do! I’m just looking for the bare minimum- please get my order right. 😂

I was told (at around 4:30p today) by a dread locked, bearded individual that "the Medium drinks are a dollar" so then I asked if that was it. He snapped "MEDIUM DRINKS ARE A DOLLAR!" I reiterated, "Is that it?" He said "Yeah." I asked who was the Manager and asked if I could speak to her. I told her about this bad customer service and she actually said, "Oh, he just talks that way." I said "So you condone bad customer service?" She said, "No. It's just that our customers speak highly of him." No apology from either of them. Oh. Oh oh kaye. Well damn me and how he answered me. I told her maybe it's because I'm light-skinned, I don't know (just trying not to feel stupid behind her defending her employee. smdh UNBELIEVABLE! BTW the Bulk of these reviews here are from the Capital & Calvary Taco Bell location that closed down NOT AUTHENTIC to this new location. Really? For the record, my earbuds were hanging in my ear but there was not anything playing at all. I heard him loud and clear the first time.
