I was really excited to check out this spot since it was featured on Offline’s Instagram, and I loved the aesthetic—it was cozy and inviting. We ordered a margarita pizza and added jalapeños, but unfortunately, the pizza was soggy, which was disappointing given that it’s supposed to be wood-fired and typically crispy. There were also very few slices of mozzarella, to the point where it felt more like just sauce on bread. Additionally, the basil was completely left off, which really took away from the traditional "margarita pizza" experience.
The main thing that affected our experience, though, was the service. After we paid and sat down, we waited for our pizza to arrive, and when it did, a manager came over to check how everything was. We appreciated that. However, just a couple of minutes after receiving our pizza, a waitress came up asking if we needed any to-go boxes. We were confused, since we had just gotten the pizza and were still eating, so we politely declined. Then another waiter approached us with the same question, and again, we said no. A third waitress came by a few minutes later—this was the fourth time in 15 minutes we were asked if we needed boxes.
At this point, we asked if the table was reserved or if there was a reason we were being asked so frequently. The waitress explained that the restaurant is trying to actively engage with customers to ensure they don’t go through their meal without interaction. While everyone was very kind, there seemed to be some confusion among the staff about how to engage with customers appropriately.
We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and plan to visit again in a few months, hoping that next time, we won't feel so...
Read moreOverall Score: 6.0/10 – A unique and well-maintained pizza spot with a clean setup, efficient service, and quality ingredients, though the menu is very limited.
Atmosphere and Service: 6.5/10 – The restaurant has a distinct look with long tables, a large pizza oven, and a well-kept interior. The pickup process was smooth, and the food was ready on time. The online menu was easy to use, accepted Apple Pay without fees, and made ordering simple. The outdoor seating looked decent but faced the road, which may not be ideal. The biggest drawback was the small menu, which focused almost entirely on pizza with very few appetizers or additional options.
Cheese Pizza: 5.4/10 – A very light and soft pizza that felt too insubstantial to be filling. While the quality seemed okay, the use of both shredded cheese and fresh mozzarella created an unusual texture. The pizza had a unique tangy flavor, though it was hard to determine if it complemented the dish or not. Given the portion size and price, it didn’t feel like a great value.
Brisket Empanada: 6.2/10 – A solid choice with good execution. The empanadas were light yet had enough structure to allow the brisket and fillings to stand out. The portion was fair, with three for $10, making it a reasonable deal. The sauce was decent, adding a bit of extra flavor...

Now comes the service. Giving you all 1 star, I showed up tonight to dine in and was expecting the great service I had before where the whole dinning area was busy and I ordered 4 pizzas and the pizzas came out pretty quickly.
This evening, there were two tables that had finished eating and I was the only one in there that had ordered. About 15 minutes later a group of 4 to 5 showed up. A few minutes later I smelled burnt pizza and realized that after ordering and waiting 15 minutes the pizza must of been mine. No one told me, but I am assuming since I waited half an hour for my pizza. Again let me repeat. There was only a table of 4 to 5 people that showed up and myself by myself. How did that group get two pizzas ahead of me??? Not until I started at the young lady did she start asking about the pizza.
