I ordered a doublestack w/ only ketchup $5 biggie bag w/ a large pineapple mango lemonade and Jr cheeseburger (only ketchup as well.) The drink the 2nd window server (older lady with a stale puff-ponytail) attempted to give me at first was a reg. Lemonade so she added the flavor with an attudue. Both burgers were wrong. I initially ate the Jr cheeseburger (had the works) because I was so hungry and just let it go, but then the double stack burger was the bacon kind(I don't eat pork.) I returned to the drive thru window and the first window server (older gentlemen / maybe bald head & button down shirt) let me know that they'd exchange the sandwich at the next window. I pulled up and the lady w/ the stale puff ball yelled out "let me get another doublestack" and slid the window close while I was trying to tell her I only want ketchup on the burger. She comes back to bring another WRONG burger so I let her know - I was trying to tell you what I want before you closed the window on me & she says "oh he (1st window server) just said you needed a doublestack" 🙄 nah lemme tell u what I need bc obviously yall having a hard time back there. Before she finally hands me the correct burger - I could hear her talkin about me/the situation prior to receiving the burger.
This location is doin OK with the time it takes to receive the food - hence fast food - but the quality of their service is trash from the order taker to the cooks. Yall need to go in and do some revamping of this location.

I went on July 4th to pick up my mobile order. My sandwich is hot but my fries are ice cold and half full as you can see in the picture. I call at 2:33 p.m. and a man answers the phone. I tell him that my fries are and taste cold and old and are half full. He responds saying it's because they were delivered to me. I explained to him that I picked them up. So, his next excuse is that it's because I made a mobile order. I respond by saying my sandwich is very hot, so much that the half leaf of lettuce is wilting on the sandwich. I also explain that my fries were also half full. He then went on "explaining" that fries get colder faster and that "they couldn't have been old" because they make the fries fresh and they've been making small batches all day. I reiterate that in addition to those issues, the fries are half full. He starts "explaining" again that when you do a mobile order you pick it up etc. etc, (irrelevant excuses) thus "it couldn't have been old" and "it couldn't have been half full." He was just being very rude and combative. I just say that I don't have to lie. He's like "I didn't say you were lying about it. Don't do that! Read morePlaced an order at the drive thru. Watched the employee pull a string of receipts throw them in the trash. Ordered a single with cheese, ketchup only and a 10pc spicy chicken nuggets. When my son started eating the single at home, he said it tasted bad. Lifted the bun to find it was very burnt. Called and asked for the mgr and they hung up on me. Drove there and showed a picture of the bun to mgr who stared at it and said he didn't think it was their bun. He said they would remake the single w/cheese/ketchup only. Got home & it was a single with everything. Called & spoke to Edwin, the manager, asked for a refund and he said no. Drove there w/ the 1st & 2nd burger w/ original bag. He again said he wasn't certain it was their burger. Showed him the 2nd one and he said I never stated it was ketchup only. I had actually stated it twice, once to him and again to the lady who was going to remake the burger. He finally said he would remake it but this would be final to which I replied, "if it's correct."
