This was proabably the first masjid I ever been to as far back as my memory goes. I was probably 2 and it was before the masjid was what it is today. It was the time when the masjid was the present day Al Iman school building. Imam Baynonie was the man. That’s a complete understatement. He would always greet everyone coming in and out of the mosque, have dua after every salah, those were the best of times. I lived through the tenure of Shiekh Abdul Karim Edgouch, Shiekh Khalid. Wow, their knowledge of the Quran, their beautiful recitations, it’s a shame we weren’t able to keep them and a lot of people don’t know that this was their first masjid in the states. Also Shiekh Abdul Karim’s younger brother Yousef Edgouch also came a a year or so after his brother. I remember playing soccer with him and teaching him how to play basketball. SubhanAllah all these sheikhs are famous worldwide now, any YouTube search pulls up their name. Lived through so many other imams and Shiekh’s, ones that would come only for Ramadan and ones that were there for a short while. Anyways my point is, this masjid is amazing in the community how it’s so tight knit, and there’s way too many people that can attest to that, that aren’t even from the community. It’s a different vibe you get here as opposed to various other masajid in all parts of the US. Very clean kept masjid. Friendly atmosphere, honestly I don’t know how a masjid can receive anything less than 5 stars. It’s a place of worship, if you get into a quarrel with someone or something happens and you decide to leave a bad review, how is it the masjids fault? Be mindful of everything of course but again it’s a place of ibaada. Stop by whenever I’m in the area as I’ve sadly moved away from this beloved...
Read moreLet me share my very bad experience in the last night of Ramadan, with abdulkarim, who's standing in the entrance of the mosque, choosing people who has the privilege to park inside the mosque, he told me the parking is full, go park in the dark under the trees with two young kids, I did as every time I go there for prayer, but the annoying side about that, when I walked into Masjid a Tesla was there telling the driver same story of parking lot was full, but when I hided from his sight the TESLA was welcome to enter the house of ALLAH.
That feeling was hard to swallow.
He ended by underestimating me and tell me: YOU ARE moroccan..

In the Quran, Allah Almighty Says (what means): "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female, and have made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Indeed the most honored of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted"...
Read moreBest place to be at for sure, But rude security guard, My wife was dropping kids for Aliman Saturday class, Security guard approached her and asked why she is here rudly and told her there is no class today at all because of Eid fes. He then asked her to leave, So my question is to this type of ugly persone; 1- Do you think if we all practice our faith like you, People would like our faith? 2- can you give me my kids time you took from them?? They didn't attend the class just because there is stupid guard working in my masjid?!. You need to be a good example you are guard, every one looking at you, maybe you don't know but misrepresent the Islam by your actions, you do have to learn the اخلاق!. It's some our prophet spent his 13 years working on it. You can't act just how you...
