Burger King — Restaurant in Ramsey

If I could I would give 0 stars after my experience tonight (2/1/2024). I placed a mobile order and after arriving to the restaurant and getting in the drive through I sat for several minutes periodically saying hello into the speaker. So after no answer I proceeded through the path and approached the window and saw a young lady in the back, I beeped my horn several times in a hope to get her attention. After not getting anyone attention I parked my car in a spot and got out of my car to go inside the store to receive my order, all the doors are locked but the lights are all on and there are workers in the store. After several more minutes of me knocking on doors and windows, a man finally came and told me that they were closed. He did not give a reason for the closure and also was extremely rude when I asked why they didn’t turn off the mobile ordering since the store wasn’t open for business and he rudely told me to “issue myself a refund on the app and that there was nothing he could do” he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and there was no signs in the doors or drive though saying that the store was closed, after I expressed this to him he told me that “the parking lot lights are off and that should be good enough” I told him this was ridiculous and they just lost a very loyal usually happy customer. I was in the drive though for 10 minutes and then I was knocking for another 5 minutes and then the man argued with me for another 10 minutes. NEVER RETURNING after how that rude...

I should be able to give this horrid place 0 stars. This BK is attached to a Bolla Market. I placed an order on the app & went to the pickup counter but there was no one there, so I asked the worker at the register, who was wearing a Burger King shirt, where my order was. She informed me that someone was working in the back. After several minutes of waiting, I asked if she could find her coworker so I could get my order. I waited 20 min for a pickup order that was never made. The woman at the register in the Burger King shirt rudely said she didn’t work for Burger King so she couldn’t make my order & she didn’t know where the other worker was. I have no idea why she would be wearing the uniform then. Not only that, but i question why there are boxes on the counter labeled “Expired Expired Expired.”...

THIS BURGER KinING IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER VISITED! (Read On). It is right WITHIN a Gas Station, which is quite unusual because they are usually in a,"Stand Alone Building."

On that note, it makes it VERY convienent to visit this Burger King for a number of GREAT reasons!

IT'S EMPTY ALL THE TIME, AND OUR FOOD HAS TO ALWAYS BE MADE FRESH, BECAUSE NOTHING SITS!! It is Actually INSIDE the Gas Station Establishment, like some Subway Restaurants are set up. (Obviously NO DRIVE THROUGH). EASY ON/OFF Rt.17/Jersey It's a ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR MANY NEEDS AT ONCE I.e. BK 🍔, GAS ⛽, 🚻, Coffee, Snacks, etc. NEVER CROWDED-in/out!!! Staff at BK & Gas Station are SO NICE & PLEASANT. Hope this...
