Horrible service. I waited on hold for 12 mins Twice all I could hear is them taking everyone else's orders but never coming back to the phone so I decided to take the 5 minute drive over there and I waited on line for 10 minutes still on hold and got to the counter and ordered faster than if I were to wait on hold on the phone. I then complain to the lady about it and she told me enough about that were busy what do you want. She was extremely nasty, has no customer service skills, not sure why they keep her. Buono used to have some of the best Egg sandwiches in the area. Now they are usually just OK. Service is hit or miss too. Ordering is usually difficult since there's no discernable line or ordering location. The layout with two registers in the center doesn't make sense for this reason. Can't see the cream cheese flavors because they're hidden in the back of the bottom row, it's not listed anywhere else. I have been coming here for over 6 years very nice family owned Bussiness ….the best bagels in north jersey and or Rockland county area .. clean atmosphere floors tables counters everything super clean friendly staff lawyer smiling laughing joking around genuine great holy people … there lunch specials are good dinners are good all there spreads fresh everyday everything’s fresh quick and easy service we need more people like the ones that work here always delightful and never rude great people love these workers here .
