Dear Management, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the inconsistent enforcement of your pool usage policies and the unacceptable behavior I experienced from a trainer/member at your facility.

On Sunday at approximately 7:45 PM, I briefly entered the pool after using the sauna, solely to cool off. I waited until two individuals(students) using the two lanes of the pool had exited before entering. Shortly after, a trainer/fellow patron (it is unclear whether this individual is a staff member or a paid patron of this gym or neither) approached me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, loudly demanding that I leave the pool.

I verified the posted hours, which clearly state that the pool closes at 7:00 PM on Sundays. There is no signage indicating that access is extended for select individuals/patrons, nor is there any mention that specific patrons have control over the pool after closing. If such special privileges exist, they need to be explicitly posted on the wall and communicated to all members. Otherwise, the rules should apply equally to everyone, with no exceptions.

This incident was completely inappropriate. No member—trainer or not—has the right to yell at or police other patrons. If this individual does have after-hours access or instructional privileges, it must be clearly marked on the wall.

I expect management to take this issue seriously and address both the lack of transparency around pool use and the conduct of this individual. If I am confronted again in such a manner, I will treat it as harassment and escalate the matter accordingly.

Please clarify and publicly post your pool access policies, including who is allowed in the pool and at what times. We are all paid patrons of this gym and deserve nothing less than fairness for all. One standards and rule should apply to all of us.

DISGUSTING!! DO NOT JOIN HERE!! This is the most unclean gym in the area. It’s really a shame that the GM and district manager do NOTHING to clean this club. I went there since it first opened and for years it was awesome, then around 2018-2019 they simply stopped cleaning. Since the pandemic THEY HAVE NOT CLEANED THE GYM!! I went in there for the first time in a while and I couldn’t believe how vile it is. The stairmasters all have bad chains and the treadmills are never serviced. ALL the cardio equipment have months worth of sweat on them. When you walk down the stairs to the bathrooms, if you look the the left and right the stairs have INCHES of dust and dust balls and papers that have been there for YEARS!! The sauna is VILE and is never cleaned. And with the addition of free highschool memberships it’s just kids talking and using all the free weights, which again, you can see are disgusting. They do NOTHING about complaints. All they’ll do for this google review is copy and paste some cut and paste response “we have work to do” such a joke and slap in the face to people who use to like going here. There was a huge group of regulars and we all left. The GM doesn’t care about the condition of the gym and the district manager could care less. It’s ashame. AND they close at 10pm now, not even 11 or 12. There are 4-5 gyms in a 5 mile radius with the same hours, join them. ok, so this is a well deserved bad review - walking out after our usual workout, we had the front desk (half-educated/reception/janitor person? what do they do anyway?) person make a lot of inappropriate remarks as we left, we were floored, my wife and I had no idea what we did to get so much hate? She said something along the lines of ha, the worst is now behind us, as we are walking out, I had nothing to say, but something positive - like you mean the best part of my day is now behind us? I said, and she then said, now you can go eat anything, and then took it back right away, awkwardly I might add. So, she kept saying something weirder, and weirder, and kept digging herself into a deeper and deeper hole. I had no idea what we did to bring on this barrage of weird ass comments, but we had nothing else to say, and kept on walking, when a dog barks, do you bark back? So this old blonde, out of shape, nit wit had all of this stuff to say, ya, great image the gym is portraying, well done on picking the right staff for the job. Isn't this job best for a college kid? I will be taking my business to a real gym, to Golds or something, anything but this place, that is also quickly falling apart, the machines have stopped working here and there, the water fountain is quickly and more frequently broken, the lockers have been slowly breaking and it has been weeks since anyone has looked at them, they still are without a new lock, and it has been a week like I mentioned.
