If I could give this location zero start ratings for Service and Atmosphere, believe me I would. Absolutely horrible customer service, it makes me wonder if this location has an actual manager on site. Employees are rude and unpleasant.
1st visit - I understand it's a new location and the staff is working out some challenges. I got a chicken burrito bowl, smallest portion I've ever been served and the meat was chewy. I also purchased additional chips, (that ended up being stale), and guacamole. I went back in to let the employees know about the terrible chips and asked if they are made fresh daily- Got a reply I don't think so, but not really sure. Never offered to give me another bag of chips to try out. I will not be buying that product from this location again.
2nd visit- Again, the employees are not friendly at all. It gets worst- The assembly line was super unsanitary this time, with droppings of food products and condiments covering the entire area where your food is being prepared, it's disgusting. I ordered a chicken salad bowl and when they put on my sour cream, there was corn salsa mixed in it. When I asked if they could take off the mixed scoop and give me a clean one, the employee got frustrated. Then I asked for guacamole on the side and there was red salsa mixed in that scoop, so when I declined to purchase it, the employee got upset and walked away. This is the worst location I've ever been too and it's such a disappointment, because I was super excited to support them when they opened up in the neighborhood.    Read moreI feel like I've given it enough time for them to get their stuff together before writing a review, but wow, this Chipotle sucks. By far the worst customer service of any of the businesses in that shopping center. Just bad attitudes all around. Today I watched them throw away a bowl of food because they accidentally added double meat instead of a single serving like the customer wanted. So instead of giving the customer an extra portion on the house, she threw it away. Absolutely foul policy and betond wasteful. The same older woman has been there since day one training, and she always has a scowl on her face, so I can only assume these employees are a direct reflection of her poor training and customer service skills. Whenever she's at the register training, she's snapping at the trainee and speaking in an unprofessional tone. One star since I had to, but also deserved as the food is always fresh and the meat never has those weird chunks of fat, so the people in the kitchen are the only ones holding that place together in my eyes.    Read moreI am very excited that this Chipotle opened. Went to get dinner with family, had to wait 45 minutes in line which I understands, new location, new employees, didn’t mind the wait. My daughter got kids meal and wanted chips but employee stated that chips are out for the day, even though we could see bags of chips at drive thru side. Employee asked supervisor on duty whom I also seen before at Sunrise location multiple times with very rude tone and attitude. My daughter asked that she sees the chips, can she buy it but supervisor refuses to use those bags even though there was nobody in drive thru line. I asked for side of corn but again got refused that the store is out of it. 5 mins later there was corn available for other people. I would say that customers who is coming inside and waiting for 30-45 minutes in line for food should also be prioritized as much as drive thru. I didn’t think it was fair at all.
