Mimo Bake Studio is a place that makes you want to stay long after you finish your coffee. The food is full of flavor, the coffee is amazing, and every dish feels as if it was made with care and attention.

What really sets Mimo Bake Studio apart is the warmth of the owners. There's a sincerity in their hospitality that makes the experience feel personal and cozy. They take the time to share their story and the different aspects of the cafe and food.

The space itself is inviting and I loved the art. Each piece had a story behind it.

I stopped by first week of them opening .

I was looking for something nearby the VA , since I was on my break, and ran into this cute place :)

The menu is great, atmosphere cute and cozy.

My coffee was awesome and my crepe was BOMB !

I had to take home some of the Guava jam mini biscos ( I highly recommend )

We’ve been following these two since their pop up stand at the farmers market, and their açaí is the best around! They have some new items now which were also really good - crepes made with their Brazilian tapioca flour (yum!) and some pao de queijo (aka cheese bread). The two ladies that run this place are so enthusiastic and sweet :) Definitely worth...
